Unpleasant stay
Overall, not a pleasant stay. First, if you arrive early, they won’t check you in until 3 PM. I suggested having my documents processed in advance so I could wait for the room until it was ready, but they refused. So at 3PM, there was a long queue, and I had to wait over an hour to get checked in.
When I went to have lunch at the restaurant, it took them half an hour to serve a simple salad and another half an hour to bring the bill. I eventually had to stand up and pay at the bar myself. While “room service” is advertised, if you call after midnight, they tell you the kitchen is closed.
The electricity went off twice during the night, and the air conditioner in the room never got cold. I also had to reprogram the temperature every time the power went out. To make matters worse, the sheets felt like paper—very uncomfortable.
I will not stay here again.
