Recomendo e voltaria. O hotel foi recém reformado pelo que eu pude perceber. Fica em Long Island mas é a duas quadras do metrô, em 15 minutos você já está em Manhattan. O staff foi muito prestativo e com bom atendimento. O quarto com boa limpeza, confortável, e com uma sacada com vista pra Manhattan.

This a 1mo old refurbished property which is very clean and comfortable No frills No in room coffee nor morning breakfast bar Price now is low for the neighborhood but likely to increase as the hotel works out the early issues Actually was pretty surprised by the size and quality the room Nice location in DutchKills convenient to subway for easy ride to Manhattan

2 nights in very comfortable beds, modern decor, clean room and bathroom, very nice staff. Close to Dutch Kills train station (15 minutes from Central Park /Fifth Ave. Walking distance from very good restaurants on 35-36th ave / 31st street. Parking in street just watch sides every morning. Or park near 31st st / 40th ave for $25USD for 24h. Accommodations all around.

I recommend this place 100%, if you’re looking for something affordable or don’t want to pay as much this is the place to go! The only thing is that there wasn’t parking provided by the hotel but there was a parking garage a block down (LittleMan), I left my car there for 2 nights and everything was still in the car and you can trust them. The train station is a 4 minute walk down, very convenient if you don’t want to drive around. The ac in the hotel was amazing, the room stayed cold 24/7 unless you turn it down, staff are nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Overall good, no problems. Just wish they had some coffee, or at least hot water for instant coffee. Front desk had cold drinks for sale, but ran out of bottled water. When I arrived a little early for checkin (1pm-ish) and asked to hold on to my luggage till I come back for checkin sometime between 3 to 5pm-ish, the guy at the front desk said I must come back by 3pm otherwise they'll charge me $20. I hesitated for a few sec, and the guy then said never mind no problem no charges. Nothing really happened, but I was a bit confused for a moment because all hotels I've been to hold on to luggage till checkin free of charge. I don't know whether that was a standard procedure at that hotel. Didn't bother to ask.

Check in and out was smooth. The staff are very helpful especially Bishou. He was very attentive, cordial, and accommodating. The room had a lot of outlets, functional ac, a fridge, balcony with city views to the right and chair that was great for watching tv or putting your shoes on. The pillows were not tiny as the other reviews stated and there was a functional elevator. There is no bar as listed in some places but a cafe and candy store next to the hotel. If you go a couple avenues down you can find eateries. Look forward to using again if in the area for a night or two.

First time staying here I would say the staff is very friendly. My deposit was waived and was able to check out at 12 noon on Sunday. However, as a brand new hotel I was disappointed the room I chose was very small, was not properly cleaned, the bathroom was even smaller including the shower, I had no blow dryer, the shower was not cleaned prior to very hard to get in and out the shower that’s how small it was. Not sure if there is a shortage on housekeeping but that definitely needs to be worked on. The ice machine was down over my stay, at this point it should be considered for microwaves to be placed in certain rooms because the ones downstairs everyone uses and do not work to their full potential.

This was apparently the 1st week this hotel at this location was open. Since I booked on hotels.com, it took the staff a little bit to treat my reservation check-in correctly, but afterwards it was alright. The room was good, but as one of the people booking a room the 1st week, there was no garbage bin or can in the room (odd), I had to call for the TV remote, and the ice machine wasn’t working. Those things should hopefully be fixed by next week, but the King Sized bed was large, the streaming channels worked great & was in HD, and no complaints on the shower/bath room. Unfortunately there’s no breakfast or dining area outside of the room, and you likely would want to bring your own deodorant & bar soap to be on the safe side. I would give this hotel a 4/5 for now, and hopefully it has a least a business center & microwave for it’s guests & doesn’t become a homeless shelter (as unfortunately too many good NYC hotels became).

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best stay. From the time we arrived it was one disaster after another. I will say the staff did try to assist us but the problems outweighed what cold truly satisfy us. Upon arrival we were given an upgrade because our room was unavailable but then told we would have to switch back to our original room the following day. Then when we got to the room they assigned to us, the TV wasn’t working. Even when the worker came to attempt to fix it, it still didn’t work and we had to change to another room. They didn’t have any closets in the rooms and no hangers. There was only one very small drawer and the water pressure was barely there. Furthermore, the sixth floor that we were moved to smelled extremely foul our entire stay. The room size was good however in the king sized room that we moved to, the bed is pushed so close to the air conditioner that you can step on the floor to get to the bed. Also the AC pushes out Sir really hard instead of circulating properly through the room. They said they had an area to sit outside aka foyer but it was a small table with 4 chairs and a view of dilapidated buildings. Just not appealing. So unfortunately we rate this establishment very low. This was the first time we’ve had to deal with such terrible circumstances at a hotel.

Front desk is staffed 24/7 and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, toilet and tissue paper, as well as a hair dryer, but there is a distinct lack of clothes hangers (we only had two). Some paper cups would've also been nice. The balcony is clean, which was a pleasant surprise.
