立地もよく、駐車場も止めやすく 室内も綺麗で、とてもよかったです。

this is definitely not a 5 star hotel, at most 4 stars. I would rate 3.5 stars. The toiletries were low quality and food was not the best quality at breakfast. Room was not very cozy and extremely drafty inside. Location is not very walkable to the main beach resorts, not much to do in the area. I would stay more north of bali collection next time , more walkable hotels that are not resorts

Very affordable in Nusa Dua, with nice breakfast options, and friendly staff. Treat yourself to a Balinese massage at their Spa—it's the best massage we experienced during our stay.

6/10 Buena

Notwithstanding the best efforts of the staff to maintain the property, a strong musty smell in the room which as I was told was the best and the cleanest, overshadowed everything else. The hotel is huge and visibly clean but quite dated and had seen better times. Needs serious renovations to mitigate the mold condition, obviously very prevailing in such climate. I was left with no alternatives, due to a very late arrival at 2 a.m. after long flights and lengthy waiting times in the airport. Hence the detailed review. Notwithstanding the beautiful grounds, with the lengthiest pool stretching the whole ground floor, and a fantastic delicious breakfast with an enormous variety of fresh and cooked dishes of different cuisines.

Unbelievable value for money -- big property, nice rooms with lots of amenities. Close to beach clubs and other outings. Really nice staff. I will be going back for some weekends, for sure.

8/10 Muy buena

A good hotel, but I wouldn't give it 5 stars. Very large rooms, a very large pool. The service was nit 5 star, same iv valid for the breakfast. Not so good as other 5 star hotels in the area, but also much cheaper. Allover very good for the price.

Was ok for the price, hotel not busy, bedding seem dated, terrible dining experience every single dish we got was a disappointment... Breakfast wes the only good thing.... Won't be back..
