We only stayed for one night, looks from the outside doesn’t do justice, clean inside and great service. The restaurant that’s connected is a convenience with delicious food!!!!

The beds were comfortable but the sheets were stained. There was coffee but no cups or coffee pot. The hotel didn’t have any ice machines or vending machines. You could smell marijauna in the hallways. The continental breakfast consists of a coffee urn and some bread and cereal. I felt like I was in the movie The Shining.

The experience was horrific. The hotel is not in a condition to be operating. Elevators did not work, electrical issues in room, shower and tub needs replaced.

Dirty towels left in my room. Trash in the floor as well. My door lock didnt work and the breakfast they offer is a bowl of granola bars and some cereal. Walked outside after checkout to a police officer looking inside of my car. When I asked what he was doing he said he was there to make sure all the cars there were on the hotels list. Front desk was great tho.

The entire facility is disgusting. Checked out 5 minutes after checking in . The room was filthy and had a horrible bleach smell throughout the room and hallways. The pictures of the hotel are not recent or accurate.

The lady at check-in was very rude and unprofessional, a sign at the elevator, saying if the elevator doesn’t work, take the steps to the next floor and ride it from there, website state breakfast buffet, which is very misleading consist of granola bars and a bagel, rooms were filthy and very outdated pool closes at 8 PM so if you’re out doing something you can’t swim after eight, pool is not opening back up till noon the next day and checkout is at 11 AM way too much money for a hotel that needs to be shut down definitely would not recommend or will not stay again.

Check in was quick, room was clean, and the air conditioner was on full blast. I stayed for two nights and had no issues. The pool was open and being used the entire time. There is plenty restaurants and things to do in the area.

This had to have been one of the worst hotels we've stayed in in our 40 years of marriage and traveling. No lights when we walk in parking lot was black. Hallsway were terrible, destroyed and dirty elevator didn't work right? We had to walk upstairs to get to our floor phone didn't work in the room. TV didn't work in the room, toilet, didn't work in our room. Then, the room we moved to was fairly clean. Bathroom was dirty stuff still left in the tub back. Doors didn't were unlatched. Lack of safety in the hotel.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The price was very economical and close to downtown Cleveland where we needed to be for an event. They have a HUGE heated indoor pool that my kids absolutely loved. They even have a complimentary continental breakfast in the mornings which was a pleasant surprise. The attached restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed several dinners as well as drinks there which was so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and suggest it to anyone that needs to be in the Cleveland area.

This is a huge hotel with dark and spooky hallways, gym area and a swimming pool. They didn't provide room service for the whole three nights we were there. They charge extra cash only if you check in before 4:30pm. Very poorly maintained hotel. Doors were getting jammed and made lot of noise. Hallways are not vacuumed. Our room had a cockroach. I complained our microwave was not plugged in and the outlet was beyond my reach, but they did not come and help. Each time we needed fresh towels and toiletries, we had to walk all the way to the front desk. Their breakfast was terrible. On our last day, I saw stale oranges left there for breakfast. All in all, if you are travelling especially with family, do not live at this dump.

I was just there overnight, but the key readers in the whole hotel was out so someone had to come open the door whenever we left the room. The property itself was old/dingy/stained up, but "relatively clean". Nothing im saying will matter, im sure this key reader thing isnt permanent bit it sure sucked paying for a suite and just getting a big dark room i couldn't access.

I could see there was work being done which I understand. The major issue I had the the fact that the indoor pool closes at 7pm. I came to town to handle some family matters during the day, expecting to relax some in the pool to find out it closed 5 minutes after I returned to the hotel.

Terrible experience, arrived to a rude check in. Got to the room no fridge or microwave or working tv. Asked front desk to help with tv no luck 4 days with nothing. Room keys stopped working only to find out their system broke and they were opening doors with keys. Breakfast was a joke . Surrounding area nice with lots of things around. Recommend the winking lizard near by

The place needs major maintenance and renovation. The mattress was stained and old. Electrical outlets were loose or inoperative. There was a damp smell; the light did not work. The only thing that was ok was the TV. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at.

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of work. The hot tub is completely out of commission. Breakfast is only cereal, yogurt, bagels, bread etc. and fruit every other day. Our bathroom was unfinished, toilet was loud, and ants were crawling the walls and vanity. Most frustrating was requesting towels twice (because there weren't enough provided for a two night stay and asking for help with the ant situation and they never came up or brought towels.

This hotel should be demolished. Lights don’t work in the hallways, or the rooms, it’s very dirty, air conditioning doesn’t work, and it smells of weed. Our first room wasn’t clean, had no toilet paper or towels, and was 120 degrees. They gave us a new room with a giant hole in the ceiling and lights that didn’t work. The place looks like a hotel from the shining. Run far away from this place. We checked out 5 minutes after seeing the second room.

Hotel was taken over from Existing Ramada brand by FairBridge. There was no name of the hotel to be found on street and it was so dark. Not much outside lights infront of the lobby. Staff was not motivated to greet the guests. Only try to answer when asked. In the room desk lamp has no bulb. Bed mattress were bouncy. Coffee machine not plugged and not working. No soaps in the bathroom. Breakfast was a joke. No butter or cream for breads. At checkout I asked front desk to give me owner or manager email to mention about all these. He tried to find business card only to say later oh he. Can’t find the card!!! I don’t understand why they are even running business like this. Please don’t stay here!
