When we arrived we were tolsd there were no rooms avalable even though we had made a reservation through hotels. They claimed the website did not check with the hotel if rooms were available.

The key card machine was broken for my entire stay. I had to wait on a single front desk employee to let me in. There were times I was waiting to access my room for over an hour I paid for a room but basically had to live out of my car bc I couldn’t wait around for access to my room. The room I booked was also a suite but had nothing in any of the cabinets. Not even a single glass. It was a hugely disappointing stay.

The first room I was issued a key for was actually occupied. I'm glad they were able to find me a vacant room, despite being fully booked. The room was pretty shabby and did not have so much as a plastic cup or bar of soap for me. The property was fully overgrown. Exits do not lock properly. A key is not needed to enter side exits. I will definitely not be staying here again.

When I arrived on the property I was informed that the machine for programming keys was not working and that they weren't sure how long it was gonna be to get repaired. Their remedy was to walk each person to their room and open their door for each guest. I dropped my bag and went tonget dinner hoping it.would be resolved by the time I got back. I had to wait about 10 tom15 minutes foe someone to come to the front desk so I can get back to the room. Informed the desk clerk that this was an unacceptable situation and that I wanted to cancel for a refund and find another place . She was very nice and understanding. The hotel in is a shopping/business center area. Would be ideal forna business trip as long as they get their equipment working.

They overbooked and at least one couple with a reservation had their room refused. Fortunately I had checked in quite early so I got my room. Also, instead of putting a hold on my credit card, they put a charge, on a prepaid room. Then they refunded later, but deducted $4 without any communication as to why the full amount wasn't refunded.

You get what you pay for: bring everything but the kitchen sink- literally! The freezer worked great, the fridge was ok, the bathroom towels were fine, they give you the tiniest bar of soap I’ve ever seen, the bed was very very firm and the pillows were tiny. I didn’t need the microwave or burns but I’m glad I packed my own napkins and plastic utensils because there’s absolutely nothing in the drawers or cabinets. The lighting was good, and there were plenty of outlets for charging including USB, but the door to the room was tricky to open and I made sure to check and lock the windows when I got there because they weren’t. (ground floor) If you’re budgeting and not planning on spending time in the room and you can fit absolutely everything you need in your bag/suitcase then you’ll be fine. And if not, Walmart is right there.

Appears many residents live here and use the rental unit for low income housing. Very dingy, smoke infused rooms/hallways. Floor was very sticky, the toilet uses hot water to flush, bed was wet with strong smell of urine. Entire room had a terrible odor.

Do NOT stay at this Hotel. The worst Hotel ever. They could not process my Credit Card (reader was supposedly out of service), so they would not give me a key. They let me into a very old, out of date, room after 30 minutes and I could not leave as I had no key. They did not answer any phone calls. The room was awful (but the bed was OK) No glass, no plate, no silverware, no outlets near the bed, no soap, no shampoo, the towel was super thin and barely 2 feet x 3 feet, the bath mat was thicker, No Coffee (even in the lobby), No vending machine, no food, NOTHING. I even left my room door open after 2 hours (looking for a water glass) and the front desk vacant with no glass of cup to be found. Awful, Awful, Awful. They did promptly refund my Visa Security Deposit.
