This hotel is very conceniently located near to Liverpool on the Wallasey side of the Mersey River within walking distance of the Mersey Ferry Terminal. The site has off street parking and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast food and service was excelent. The hotel has no lift so not suuitable for anyone with a walking disability.

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were nice (a little warm in the summer, but they do provide a fan!). Breakfast was good, and came with the appearance of a very cute dog. They're very helpful explaining transport options, especially the travel card we used extensively (£6.40 for unlimited travel on all trains, buses and ferry journeys within Liverpool each day), and recommending places to go. Absolutely would return if we're back in Liverpool

2nd stay at this hotel. Excellent hotel in a peaceful location. Great transport links by ferry, bus or train to the city centre The Albert Docks, Tate Museum, The Beatles Story and Liverpool One. Very spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast with a variety of choice. Welcoming, friendly and helpful owners. Free car parking. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely fabulous 4-day stay. Everything was perfect from checking to our room on top floor with the cracking view of the mersey and the city of Liverpool. The room was spotlessly clean everything you could want. Breakfast was fantastic. Choice of cereals everything was freshly cooked to order and lovely bread for toast. The location was spot on on the quiet side of the mersey. A 3-minute walk to sea come ferry for a ride on the snowdrop the legendary mersey ferry dropping you off on the city centre side of the mersey. Plus the bus sation is also at the ferry terminal. A big massive thank you to Dave. Such a happy chappie and made us laugh all the time and nothing was too much bother and full of local knowledge. Definitely recommend and will definitely be visiting again .

The whole place was immaculate, the staff were very helpful and breakfasts were lovely, we couldn’t fault anything and would recommend it to people. A few minutes to the ferry to cross the Mersey to Liverpool, a few minutes longer to the tunnel to cross for the Isle of Man. A very short drive to New Brighton for lots of places to eat.

Found quite by chance, ideally located for our adventure. Cheryl was an amazing host, so friendly and helpful, The place was extremely well presented amble parking to the rear. Rooms presented to a very high standard, Linen fresh and clean with all the essentials needed to make your stay run smoothly. Breakfast freshly prepared to order, nothing was too much trouble quite relieved staying again for next event, next week.

Great location just opposite the ferry. Great link to Liverpool. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Very welcoming and super friendly staff. Such a lovely family! Great value and 100% will return!
