Nice, simple, clean room for a quick overnight stay while gigging/traveling. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking were the pillows. I usually travel with mine but forgot to bring it, so that's on me. Otherwise, a very good stay.

They're under New Management. It used to be a Red roof inn. So much better now. Amazing staff clean rooms. Very affordable recommending anybody in the cranberry area to book your rooms here

Room was fine. Building is old, part used to be a Red Roof Inn and was closed for a couple of years. Beds and bathroom was good Had microwave, refrigerator, a tv, drawers, blow dryer and a safe The A/c is separate from heat. A/c is very old, worked fine after we figured it out, but had a lot of condensation blowing out at first. No coffee maker in room but they have coffee at office area. Evening and morning personnel were both very nice. Quiet area. Good enough for a one night sleep

I had a recent two days stay the staff to check me in was very professional and pleasant. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. They made my bed the next day and brought clean towels. It was a wonderful experience. Would recommend anyone.

Not what I was expecting. While it is named Cranberry Park Hotel it was a motel not hotel. Room was ok. One bedspread was dirty. They had to give us a different room. First room toilet wasn’t flushing properly.

The room was nowhere near as nice as the pictures. Scrappy remnants of carpet at each side of the bed were unvacuumed and frayed. The bathtub was stained and looked as if it was never cleaned. The sink dripped all night and the toilet did not work. When we arrived, the desk clerk seemed to me very confused on my reservation. She frowned and seemed to "find" us a room. I believe they are possibly renovating the hotel and they obviously did not renovate the room we were given. The room smelled of a "sour" odor, I could not place my head on it, but it was unpleasant. The television did not work properly and after 3 trips to the office, they gave me a remote to get local channels, but no Netflix, Hulu or any updated technology. We checked for bedbugs (because it was that bad!) and thankfully there weren't any, but the place gave me such a bad vibe, we woke and hurriedly left without showering or using the facilities, as the toilet was broken anyway and I would not put my bare feet in the tub! Most likely the worst hotel experience to date!
