We had a flawless one-night stay at Elite World Van. The hotel is elegant, spotless, and luxurious, with a spacious, modern, and very comfortable room—great bed and excellent sleep. Special thanks to Eren and Emir, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their warm hospitality really stood out. Convenient location, impressive facilities, and top-notch 5-star service. We’d happily return and highly recommend it!

The staff were nice and tried their best to accommodate our needs although English can be an issue. The room wasn't very clean and I ended up doing some clean-up. The shower drain was also slow. For some reason they only accept cash for security deposit, so have some with you.

Excellent hotel in Van

We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van.

I’m a solo American backpacking traveler. For the Turkish price, thus was a great “bang for your buck.” Excellent breakfast. Extremely comfortable spacious room w/very big comfty bed. Good air con, great bathroom & shower facilities. Hotel had a pool. Central location. Staff very cordial, kind & accommodating (& speak English).

A Hotel staff without knocking opened my hotel door at 10:30 am while I was naked in the bathroom and didn’t even apologize but kept asking me when I’m checking out. Instead of closing the door immediately and apologizing the man asked if I was checking out today or staying another night. What type of training do these people get???? Definitely the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I complained to the front desk when I did check out an hour later with my tour group and I got free coffee out of it. Yay. Sooo stupid!

Om positief te beginnen: de ligging is goed in het centrum van Van - de kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel - het ontbijtbuffet is uitstekend, zeer ruime keuze in alles. Wat tegenviel is het onderhoud van vooral de badkamer: nauwelijks enkele bijna ten einde geraakte rolletjes toiletpapier - een kleine ronde extra spiegel was afgebroken... dit werd meteen gemeld aan de receptie... maar na onze tweede overnachting nog steeds stuk! Men had wel de flesjes water aangevuld maar verder was er NIETS gebeurd in de kamer... geen bed opgemaakt of handdoek vervangen. Toch wel zonde voor een 5 sterrenhotel!
