Great hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are clean, the amenities are very good, and there’s a fantastic trendy restaurant in the basement. Bed is comfortable. The staff truly make the difference. The front desk team and Moshe were especially outstanding. They were incredibly accommodating and made me feel at home throughout my stay. Front Desk Staff - Moishe, Victor, Jessica, Michelle, all the waiters’(incl LaiHee) & the housekeeping staff were all superb! Janis & I enjoyed our excellent healthy and fulfilling Israeli breakfasts, phenomenal location and sparkling clean rooms - all offered at a fair price. We highly recommend Tel Aviv’s Poli Urban Hotel by AFI! Thank you y’all again, for your warm Israeli hospitality.

The hotel is very nice, modern, well decorated and the personnel were extra helpful, considering specially that we came in times of war!!! We were lucky enough that our room was a bunker and we did not have to move when the sirens sounded! Very recommended!
