This hotel is one of the best I stayed, rooms are very clean . Staffs are friendly. Air conditioning are great and very comfortable. We traveled as a group and we had stayed in two separate units. We all enjoyed our stay.

새로 오픈한 호텔이라 그런지 너무 깨끗하고 2가족이 함께 간 여행인데 공간도 너무 좋았어요ㅡ 특히 2층침대 아이들이 너무나 좋아했습니다. 위치도 너무 좋았고, 새벽에 에어컨 조작이 잘 안되서 직원분께 문의드렸는데, 친절하고 신속하게 대응해주셔서 감사했습니다.

Our group of 6 stayed here and it was the perfect place. The free van service was the best part. We were worried about having to grab two cabs, but thanks to the van, we traveled super comfortably while chatting the whole way. The living room was so spacious, it honestly felt like we had rented out a party room.

Great rooms, great (firm) bed. There was a kettle but no coffee or tea amenities. Infact there wasn’t even a mug or spoon… there’s 2x wine glasses and a bottle opener. Great location and overall a fun place to stay

整體感受非常良好。酒店於2026年6月全新開幕，從大堂到房間都散發著嶄新的氣息。設計風格簡約現代，搭配木質元素與柔和燈光，既時尚又舒適。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟度恰到好處，讓人一夜好眠。浴室設備齊全，水壓穩定，備品質感優良，使用起來十分愉快。房內還配備最新型智能電視與高速 Wi-Fi，對旅客而言非常便利。 地理位置是另一大優勢，酒店位於仁寺洞核心地段，步行即可探索傳統茶館、工藝品店與文化景點。交通也相當方便，距離地鐵站不遠，前往明洞、弘大或江南都十分輕鬆。服務方面，雖然酒店剛開幕，前台人員已展現出專業與熱情，辦理入住退房迅速，並耐心解答旅遊問題。清潔人員每日打掃細緻，房間保持一塵不染。 唯一的小缺點是部分設施仍在逐步完善，有些地方仍在裝修中，偶爾會聽到些許施工聲響，但並不影響整體住宿品質。總體而言，UH Suite 酒店以嶄新的設施、優越的地點與貼心的服務，提供了極佳的住宿體驗，是結合現代舒適與傳統文化氛圍的理想選擇。

오픈후 정비가 제대로 되어있지않아 하자보수(빨간색화살표스티커)가 그대로 붙어있는채로 숙박을했고 샤워기 헤드로는 물이나오지않아 샤워시 아주 불편했고 수건과 가운은 먼지와 지저분한 물질이 어마어마하게 묻어있어 아주불편했습니다 직원들은 대체로 친절했으나 불만을 얘기하면 그에대한반응과 조치는 없었습니다. 이러한 부분만 조치되면 훌륭한 호텔일것 같습니다. 부디 관계자가 이 글을 확인하여 시정조치하길 바랍니다

The front desk is not 247. I been waiting at the front desk for 10 mins at 12am and nobody was there. The WhatsApp hotline.. they didn’t response at all. Even I texted them. They just read and ignored my request / assistance. It’s a hotel chain expanding quickly in Seoul. But software like customer services has a lot to improve.

initial impression was bad. i was made to believe that property reception was 24/7. we arrived in seoul at 5am and cab driver called to verify location. no one answered. after finally finding the property we found out that no one was manning front desk. we wanted to leave our bags so we waited for someone to receive our luggages. she arrived 8am after two hours of waiting. recep floor restroom was dirty, had water splattered all over and no tissue paper anywhere. eventually we arrived at our room and found out bathroom door was not working and had to transfer to another room. daily towel replacements and they clean the room every 4-5 days. 10-15 walk to myeongdong. a lot of restos and bars also nearby. 3 to 5 min walk to nearest subway. property also along major road so taxis and buses easily accessible. wished there was more hangers in the room and also a place to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. they have whatsapp for communication and no phone present in room. wifi was ok. we also wished air conditioning was cooler. we all woke up a bit warm and sweaty. better pillows too as they were too small and flat for our liking. if they improve i might book again but for now less likely.

Really liked the location and the van service. The property was new and everything was very clean and well maintained except the carpet. It was extremely dirty and stained. Infact, it was so gross I didn’t let my kids walk around barefoot. I was disappointed the hotel did not clean the carpets.

Overall we enjoyed our rooms. There were 5 of us staying in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite that had a shower and toilet. If this is what you need be specific. They have suites that have the 2 bathrooms, but one toilet and 2 showers. Carpets in the room were dirty. I recommend removing and having hardwood or tile flooring. There were no hooks to hang your wet towels or hang your robe. Not enough drawers to put your clothes away. We ended up having to hang some items then keeping most of our clothes in our suitcases.

We had a pleasant stay at UH Suite. The location is excellent, the room was spacious, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional. We also appreciated the transportation service. The private transfer from Incheon Airport (ICN) to the hotel costs KRW 140,000, while the shuttle service from the hotel to ICN is complimentary. It is worth noting that the free shuttle is available for booking 2-3 hours prior to departure for drop off at any location in Seoul. The bed linens and pillows were comfortable and of good quality. However, each queen bed was provided with only two pillows instead of four, leaving each guest with just one pillow. Providing four pillows per bed would make the sleeping experience more comfortable. A few practical improvements would also make a significant difference. Additional clothes hangers would be helpful, along with hooks and towel bars in the bathroom. There was no convenient place to hang bathrobes, towels, or a change of clothes while showering. These are small details, but they would greatly improve the room’s functionality and overall guest comfort. Overall, UH Suite offers a great location, spacious accommodations, and excellent staff service. With a few thoughtful improvements to the room amenities and bathroom storage, the guest experience could be even better.
