Great rooms, great (firm) bed. There was a kettle but no coffee or tea amenities. Infact there wasn’t even a mug or spoon… there’s 2x wine glasses and a bottle opener. Great location and overall a fun place to stay

initial impression was bad. i was made to believe that property reception was 24/7. we arrived in seoul at 5am and cab driver called to verify location. no one answered. after finally finding the property we found out that no one was manning front desk. we wanted to leave our bags so we waited for someone to receive our luggages. she arrived 8am after two hours of waiting. recep floor restroom was dirty, had water splattered all over and no tissue paper anywhere. eventually we arrived at our room and found out bathroom door was not working and had to transfer to another room. daily towel replacements and they clean the room every 4-5 days. 10-15 walk to myeongdong. a lot of restos and bars also nearby. 3 to 5 min walk to nearest subway. property also along major road so taxis and buses easily accessible. wished there was more hangers in the room and also a place to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. they have whatsapp for communication and no phone present in room. wifi was ok. we also wished air conditioning was cooler. we all woke up a bit warm and sweaty. better pillows too as they were too small and flat for our liking. if they improve i might book again but for now less likely.

오픈후 정비가 제대로 되어있지않아 하자보수(빨간색화살표스티커)가 그대로 붙어있는채로 숙박을했고 샤워기 헤드로는 물이나오지않아 샤워시 아주 불편했고 수건과 가운은 먼지와 지저분한 물질이 어마어마하게 묻어있어 아주불편했습니다 직원들은 대체로 친절했으나 불만을 얘기하면 그에대한반응과 조치는 없었습니다. 이러한 부분만 조치되면 훌륭한 호텔일것 같습니다. 부디 관계자가 이 글을 확인하여 시정조치하길 바랍니다
