Really enjoyed staying here. Staff were lovely very helpful and always with a smile. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Breakfast was delicious huge selection. Will definitely stay here again

Staff were friendly and efficient, The room was clean but had the stench of cigarettes ,wifi worked well ,The pool was lovely clean well maintained and the buffet breakfast was exceptional if you like Asian cuisine, The busy highway made it hard to ctoss the road to the shopping centre which was very convenient,

Good hotel but could use some fixes

We only stayed one night so others may have better input. The room was nice but it had been used hard and some of the mirrored surfaces were cracked and the shower didn’t drain so the water ran the whole length of the bathroom. The pool was nice and breakfast was good.

It was a really nice hotel with friendly staff and comfortable beds. And I loved the pool. Food was nice. I only have one complaint I ordered a Margherita pizza the other day and when I ate it, it had so much hot sauce/spice and couldn't really eat it and Margherita is tomato sauce not got sauce. But apart from that everything was great and you were all very helpful and kind.

Do NOT BOOK!!! This hotel has bed bugs and ginormous RATS!! we were sitting in the dinning area waiting for them to give us a new room due to the amount of mold that was in our current room. While waiting in the downstairs dining area 2 Big RATS came from under the furniture. We ran out and immediately checked out. Do not book this hotel. Another guest that was there told us she had saw a RAT by the pool and they did nothing.

Property is in need of a facelift. Photos online are very old. Was woken up at 5am by screaming people in the pool. Sounded like you were poolside even though on level 4. Room smelled, pillow smelled. Staff were friendly and food was nice. Checked out after a day and went elsewhere.

The room full with 🐜 ants. And other kind insect, fly over around inside the room. Touch our food. Fungi growing on bathroom. Needs spraying the rolm for pest control.
