This property sits on a beautiful, secluded beachfront with incredible potential, but it currently feels overpriced. The staff is genuinely friendly and hard-working, but management's focus seems directed away from urgent maintenance. The complex is suffering from a lack of upkeep, and the beach is littered with plastic and old fishing nets.
We write this with constructive intentions, hoping management uses this feedback to renovate this lovely spot.
Areas for Improvement:
• Rooms: Primitive and uninviting. Sheets had holes, mattresses are old, and the lighting is harsh with no bedside lamps. Lacks basic furniture (nightstands, hooks, shelves), forcing guests to keep everything on the floor. The AC is old and very noisy.
• Bathroom: its an open air bathroom that needs deep cleaning and repair. The floor has green algae buildup, the toilet is unstable, and there are bad odors. No hooks or shelves for toiletries.
• Pool: Full of insects and used by local dogs as a drinking spot. Needs better filtration.
• Wi-Fi & Dining: Wi-Fi only reaches the restaurant weakly. Restaurant is overpriced and breakfast is very basic.
If management invests in basic renovations, functional layouts, and daily maintenance, this could be a hidden gem. Until then, it falls short for the price.
