My overnight stay at this hotel was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind. The room was nicely decorated and really clean. You will be so happy if you book your stay here. Please remember to treat the room as if it was your own place and keep it clean. When I booked my stay, everything was brand new. It was such a nice experience!

The folks at Harbor Bay Inn are in the process of renovating it after recently purchasing it, so some things were not quite up to snuff yet. They did not have any cups or glasses in the room; they had not received their order yet. There was no place to put a bar of soap in the shower - no soap dish or ledge. But they room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The lady I spoke to earlier in the day was bubbly and kind and the gentleman working in the evening was super friendly as well, the place is updated very nicely, the only thing I will say is we didn’t have a trash can in the room or bathroom lol and the shower didn’t look like it was cleaned from the person who had the room before us because there was blonde hair strands on the wall of the shower and the drain of the shower. Thankfully we didn’t need to use it but other than that, everything was great; the beds are comfy, everything is updated in there and was super cute and a nice size fridge which was great for all the drinks we had with us. Definitely recommend.
