We planned a quick beach trip and came across this place to literally just sleep! The rooms were brand new and very cozy! Very reasonably priced! Our only issue was the charging plugs by the beds did not work! We will come back to stay here over and over on our trips to Newport!

The room was nice and quiet. They need coffee makers but other than that it was great. They need bed was a little soft for my comfort. But I slept in to mid morning! So I must have been ok!! Will definitely stay there again

My overnight stay at this hotel was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind. The room was nicely decorated and really clean. You will be so happy if you book your stay here. Please remember to treat the room as if it was your own place and keep it clean. When I booked my stay, everything was brand new. It was such a nice experience!

Don't let first impressions fool you! This place is terrific! The customer service was phenomenal and the room was top-notch. When you pull up you may think you are in the wrong place, but the new ownership is improving the property space by space. Updated rooms, new paint, new signage, etc. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and the room was extremely comfortable and updated. Highly recommend!

The folks at Harbor Bay Inn are in the process of renovating it after recently purchasing it, so some things were not quite up to snuff yet. They did not have any cups or glasses in the room; they had not received their order yet. There was no place to put a bar of soap in the shower - no soap dish or ledge. But they room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful.
