Very clean for the price, the staff was not friendly and I felt like a burden and rushed asking her questions to try and figure out information on the hotel and how far the airport was from the hotel.

We arrived in Aurora, CO after a long day of traveling from UT, through the beautiful, but challenging driving conditions in the mountains. We were tired when we arrived. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, the hotel has great security and amenities. We all slept well and were ready for our the next day of travel.

It obvious that they are still putting the finishing touches on this hotel. Maintenance was on site work in stairways and outside. There is tape on doors to indicate what needs to be done in each room, including the room I had.w This a great for my needs, I was alone on a business trip and it had what I need .

Your staff was awesome . We tried to checkout just to return to the lobby. Some how we had a flat tire and needed to use your lobby. We appreciated the house keeper (she's a true gem) for allowing us to wait on thetow truck. Thank you.

For new construction thought they would sound proof better. It sounded as if the person in room on floor directly above was moving around and extremely loud all night to the point it was hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was good. Room clean and good size. Although newly constructed hotel, could have masked scent of paint better.

So when you are traveling one of the worst effects is fatigue. I arrived fatigued and handed my ID to the front desk clerk. My ID was my passport inside a leather case. They didn’t hand it back, somehow I was so fatigued I didn’t notice. No, not only does my reservation have my phone number, but I’m easily searchable anywhere on the Internet. My business is public. Not only the front desk attendant, not even bother to call my Room or they just checked me into, They either knocked on the door, or called the Hotel phone in my room to notify me, they did nothing to hand me back my US passport. Had to catch a flight early. I woke up at 3:30 in the morning, got all the way to the TSA, and had to miss my flight. So then, of course I’m freaking out, had to catch an Uber back to the parking then drove back to the hotel. When I talked to the attendant at the front desk, they looked at me like the deer in headlights, then all of a sudden they instantly remembered when pressed, that they were keeping the guest passpor.t They then performatively acted so apologetic as if they didn’t know. My advice, don’t stay there. If this is going on, I’ll just come courtesy things and imagine what else they are doing inside the rooms when they clean.

I booked because this was a new hotel near where I park for the airport. Good location, easy access from I70 and near lots of dining options. Woman who checked us in was very nice. When I got to my room there was a huge hair ball in the middle of the floor. I started looking closer to find the room hadn't been swept at all. That made me check the bathroom. The mirror had something slopped on it. Went back down to the desk and asked for a second room. She was very nice and apologetic. Wanted copies of the photos I had taken. Went to new room. Floor again was dirty. I checked my bed and there was a huge black hair right by the pillow and in the bathrrom were big toe nail clippings. I was headed back down when I ran into the desk person again. She came out of a clean room and said I could have that one, she had just checked and it was ok. She brought me up new keys. Unfortunately, this room was not clean either. Same problems as before with dirty floor, hair in one of the beds and bathroom mirror not clean. I didn't have the energy to change again. One bed seemed to ok. Made due. This is a new hotel and it is clear the cleaning staff has to be re-trained to understand what clean means. The front desk staff should learn too. Very sad as this would be a great location for a one night stay before flying out early.

The hotel had just opened 3 days earlier, so it was immaculate. You could still smell a hint of fresh paint. The staff was very new and were not yet familiar with the hotel policies and food options in the area. Hopefully this will improve after they have been fully trained. The rooms provided kitchen appliances, including dishwashers. However, other than the appliances, the room amenities were scarce. No tissues in the room nor welcome information; i.e., hotel policies, nearby attractions, food options. There were towels and washcloths, but no hand towels. The hand soap at the sink was out of its packaging, so someone had touched it before I used it. Luckily the soap in the shower was still in its package. Finally, I had a room with a single queen bed. The right side of the bed was so close to the wall, you couldn’t get to one side of the bed. You had to scoot to the bottom in order to get in and out of the bed. Since there were 2 of us, that was an issue. We had flight issues at Denver airport, missed our connecting flight, so we had to spend the night in Denver. Found this hotel last minute thru Hotels. com. All the hotels in the area were sold out, so we landed at this hotel. It was fine for an overnight stay and the rate was great.
