Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing.
We messaged the host to let them know that we needed towels for the two days of our stay, but we were left without towels. The host saw our message but unfortunately did not respond or provide any.
The shower drain was blocked, and the bed sheets had visible stains. There was also some mould in the room. The air conditioning was not working properly, and even when set to 18°C, the room never really got cold. The Wi-Fi was also poor and unreliable.
Another issue was the number of stairs. We were told there would be around 90 steps to reach the accommodation, but there were actually around 150 stairs, which made accessing the property quite uncomfortable, especially with luggage.
On the positive side, the room had a refrigerator, iron and kettle, which were useful. The self check-in process was also easy, with clear instructions provided the day before arrival.
Overall, while the self check-in process and some of the room facilities were convenient, the lack of towels, cleanliness issues, blocked shower drain, poor Wi-Fi, air conditioning problem and significantly higher number of stairs than advertised negatively affected our stay.
