Arka Motel was great, the price was a little steep but it was because the Motorcycle Rally that was in town. The staff was very attentive, The beds were comfy, and it was close to downtown, where we wanted to be. Love they had waters in the fridge.

Other than the rooms being strangely dark it was a great stay. Stayed 4 nights. Got to use the pool (such was a great temp), but sadly couldn’t use the fire pit area in the back (only because of the county wide Burn Ban in effect). Looked like it would be great in the fall though.

Slightly disappointed that the bike trail was not really in working order....doesn't look like its been ridden in years. Unfortunately the room don't look as good as the pics. Kitchenette was nice, however there was hair on the shower floor and the carpet under the beds looked dirty and stained. Pool was clean and nice.

All good- would stay again. Separate area from other hotels , which was nice(less traffic). Full kitchen in our suite above the office. Also an outdoor deck with a view of Beaver Lake. Sean, the person on duty, was very friendly & helpful.

The property was not what we was expecting We had watched the makeover on tv that dave an jenny done It was just.okay. the pool was great Our room had an awful sewer smell. Thank goodness they moved us to a diffrent room at 10 pm. Are we would have had to check out an go some where else

It was very clean and no problems with any of the amenities, and friendly staff. The shower has excellent hot water and had controllable room temp. Very cozy, quiet space and it was near Pinnacle Hills shopping and nearby restaurants. Perfect for our anniversary trip :)

Such a fun place to stay. The view of beaver Lake is beautiful. The grounds offer swimming, hiking, firepits, and bike trails. Downtown Rogers is about a 10 minute drive and the town is adorable and has MANY good restaurants and eateries. Fun and walkable.
