Breakfast was okay, but rotten tomatoes with white mold was discovered on Dec 11, talked to the guy who was serving, he tried using hand to clean it, demanded him to take it away, not sure what did he do with it. Food safety is important!

The Bristol Best Western is a small, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Sofia. Excellent care and service are provided. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was abundantly displayed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My small criticism is that the bathroom is quite dark, but it was excellent for mobility access.

This location is very convenient, I walked everywhere. The room is very clean; stuffs are ver nice. I am actually surprise how clean and good it is as I stayed in another ski resort in Bulgaria.
