Firstly, great location. Perfect for visiting Hammersmith. The beds themselves were fine. However, one toilet was blocked and overflowed. I reported this twice to the receptionist who did absolutely nothing. Toilet water all over the floor of the bathroom. Was also incredibly hot at night during the heatwave.
