Since the hotel is fairly new, everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. Most services are self-service, including check-in, virtual room keys, check-out, and room maintenance requests, which wasn’t an issue for me but may not appeal to everyone.
The main drawback was the water temperature in the bathroom, which was inconsistent and often didn’t get very warm until later in the evening. It was a minor frustration during my stay. Another inconvenience was the parking situation—there’s no on-site parking garage, so guests have to park at a nearby public garage and walk to the hotel.
On the plus side, the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and other attractions within walking distance. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again if I needed an affordable hotel option in Philadelphia.
