The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.The neighborhood had some unhoused individuals but as an older couple we never felt threatened.

The staff were very friendly. The location is right on Granville which provides many opportunities to experience the nightlife. The hotel is very new and did not show up on Google Maps initially. Clean rooms, a short walk to the Yaletown-Roundhouse station of the Canada Line making it easy to access from YVR.

This hotel right on Granville street was close to everything. Even though no elevator the staff would take your bags up to room and back down. We were also able to leave our bags after we checked out to explore the city and they let us change in the bathroom for our dinner reservation later that evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful in all ways

Street noise is unreal. The place was as expected and very conveniently located. Would be 5-star for sure except the noise on Granville is over-the-top until 4 am. Really starts going well after midnight with people partying, cars blasting music, and the cars rev'ing their engines like it is a racetrack. Bring earplugs.

I was at the double bunk bed where 4 people can sleep. It has one bathroom with see through glass doors. So if 4 guests live in the room there will be no privacy for showing and the room is small which can fit only 1 chair. So it’s mostly for sleeping. You do your activities outside and sleep only here. The tap on the basin is so long, that everytime I used it, water came out of the basin because of the long tap. The stuffs were so helpful.

The parking lot is very sketchy. Multiple homeless people were sleeping by the pay station. My wife was staying there solo and the hotel clerk read her number outloud at a high volume with a room full of men right beside her. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything in the hallway and from above and below. My wife felt so unsafe that she left after being there for 30 min and found another hotel. Will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm and welcoming. The hotel itself has an industrial/old school vibe - exposed pipes in the ceiling with brick walls. Floors are wooden so they do creak a fair bit. As far as location goes, it can't be beat. Everything is well within walking distance. We felt extremely safe walking around, even at night. There's plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Corner stores nearby for convenience. There's also an e-scooter rental right around the corner. Comfort: the sofa bed was the most comfortable one I've ever slept in. The bedsheets however are so incredibly starched that if you have any sensory issues whatsoever, it will be a challenge. Our overall vibe was one of sleeping with paper. The AC unit worked amazingly. The bathroom was spacious, and the rainfall shower head was blissful after a long day of travelling. Cons: Not sure if every room has this issue, but ours backed out onto the back alleyway. Noise was a significant issue. It felt like there might as well not even be walls because every sound was coming through. This was especially noticeable during garbage collection, but also throughout the night as music and yelling could be easily heard at all hours. I'd suggest bringing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Overall for the price and location, I think this is a hidden gem. Despite the noise issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The Good: brand new hotel and the rooms are clean and everything is new. The Bad: No working elevator so you gotta climb up stairs. Location of the hotel doesn't appear to be clear on Google maps. First room I checked into had a broken, yet seemingly brand new air conditioner. Got moved to a different room which was the same but ac wasn't broken. No water in the room (drinking water). Water pressure on shower wasn't good.

There was a smell in my room which I didn’t think much of just thought it was builders smell as the property is new. I am now home and the smell has lingered on my suitcase and any item that was in the room. Also my bin was not emptied when I got in the room. It’s also not in the best neighbourhood. There’s lots of homeless people. I couldnt fault the staff though they were brilliant in helping me

We visited during there first few weeks of operation. They were still working out a few kinks but the staff were amazing and so friendly! Everything was clean and comfortable and the heat pump was great (provided some white noise as Granville can be noisy at night). If an elevator is essential to you then you’ll want to wait until it’s installed (apparently Oct 2026). Meanwhile the team were so helpful at carrying our things up and down the stairs. Would happily stay again!

The room & hotel was very clean and just a very cool new spot. Staff were all nice with the limited interaction we had. We found the sheets to be very uncomfortable, they felt like cheap polyester sheets. I looked at the room on the hotels website and I did not realize the toilet is in the shower, which is in the bedroom with some glass (but not all) frosted. It was definitely lacking in privacy. The room was very tiny (as expected!) but aside from the toilet situation really lovely. Our shower did not get anywhere near hot even at full H but the faucet got very hot, so if there’s some sort of device limiting the hot water, they have set it much too low. Little nitpicky things (glitchy tv, noisy ac) but overall good value for the money (though we were paying an introductory rate) and I’d stay again for that price.

Was there in summer after world cup so the primary street, Granville was completely blocked off for pedestrian access for watch parties and rest of summer. Several blocks of seating, activities, singing, dancing, and smiling faces day & night. I arrived to check in after midnight on a Tuesday and my Uber had to drop me off at the corner. When there are no party goers around the remaining people on the streets do seem a little sketchy. Because I was dropped at the corner, I could not see where the main entrance was so I called the hotel and Lucero stepped outside to wave me down and ensure I found my way. She checked me in with a big smile and warm heart. My room was on the 3rd floor and because there is no elevator, Lucero graciously carried my luggage upstairs for me. She was truly welcoming and helpful. My room faced Granville street. Remember the party goers I mentioned. There were many people outside talking, laughing, drinking, singing, etc. AND I COULD HEAR ALL OF IT!!! In fact, I could hear people in the hallways, and the people in the room walking above me. Needless to say the walls are thin and the windows are no better. So if you are a light sleeper, I'd recommend asking for a room in the back. I had no issues getting comfortable and the loudness did not stir me. My standard king room was enough space for me. Clean except for hair stuck in 1 of my towels. Fridge. Safe. TV with Netflix. 17 minute brisk walk to convention center. Overall nice & would recommend

Travelling for work, I upgraded to the Studio Queen and enjoyed having a table to catch up on emails. The room was extremely clean and comfortable as was the full bathroom with a nice large shower. Convenient location. I appreciated the historical preservation - wood floors, brick details, etc. Staff were very friendly. A welcome addition to the city’s $$$ hotel landscape.

Stayed for a weekend. Solo traveller. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient with check in and addressing needs during the stay. The rooms are compact but well designed (I stayed in a queen bed), with sufficient space to store luggage and have space to move around. It would be comfortable for two people. Great central location. Granville street is an entertainment zone so there is some noise from the street (but you can take advantage of the location if you are interested in the nightlife or outdoor patios set up for the summer.) I would stay at this property again, excellent value for the price point.

Brand new Hotel, check-in was fine. Front staff not friendly at all. Not that that breaks or makes my stay. There is a Keurig in the room on the fridge after I was told that there was not. And there was only one Keurig pod. We had to walk down the stairs. There are no elevators at this property. And there’s four floors. The walls are very thin, we got woke up at 6:30 AM from the people just regular talking in their room next to us. Wright on Granville Street entertainment district and that was very loud all night as well.
