Our stay was quite disappointing and did not match what we paid for.
We booked 3 family rooms, but upon arrival, we were given standard rooms instead. When we contacted customer service, we were informed that the hotel only has 2 family rooms available. This raises a very basic question: if only 2 family rooms exist, why was the hotel allowed to accept a booking for 3 family rooms in the first place?
Another major issue was that all our rooms were allocated on different floors. We were traveling as a family and specifically wanted to stay together, but that was not possible due to the room allocation.
While the rooms themselves were reasonably clean, the washrooms were not properly maintained. Basic amenities were also lacking. Although the room was occupied by 3 guests, only one towel and one dental kit were provided. In addition, there was no hand soap available, and the shampoo bottles were empty, which reflects poor housekeeping standards.
The refrigerator was not working and had an unpleasant smell, making it unusable.
The swimming pool is also misleadingly advertised. It appears much larger in the photos, but in reality, it is significantly smaller than expected.
Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid. The mismatch between the booking and the room provided, combined with the lack of basic amenities and poor maintenance, made our family vacation far less enjoyable than expected.
