The stay was ok.
Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned.
Beds were comfortable.
Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail.
We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season.
When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to be ready by checkin time was disappointing.
Rooms need some refurbishing.
air-conditioning in the loft was not working well.
The towels needs replacement as it was looking too old and despite asking for fresh towels, the towels have an unpleasant smell to it.
Sink in bathroom was not draining well
Cleaning needs more attention.
Room was booked for 4 occupancy but only set up for 2 (aside for beddings and towels) i.e. only had 2 cups, plates and not enough cutleries for 2.
If you want to use the kettle, you have to unplug the microwave and its not easily reached.
Despite those, the stay was comfortable enough for the 9 nights.
