Check in was fast but when we went to the room It was not cleaned up from the previous guests House keeping hadn’t cleaned yet. So we had to go back to front desk with 2 small children and luggage to request another room. With technology today there is no excuse to send someone to an ready room No towels at pool

2/10 Mala

The pool had broken down. My boyfriend had to show them how to turn the water off. And they still continued to allow people to use the pool. When we asked about if they fixed it the next day the said yes when we could clearly see it had not been fixed… continued to allow people in pool for 48hours unfiltered before allowing people to go across the street to use there pool. Will never stay at this hotel again!

4/10 Regular

The rooms were clean, but otherwise the hotel was nothing special. The staff were not very friendly, and it seemed understaffed. There was only one person at the front desk and one working in the kitchen. The coffee was always empty, and the pool area could have been much cleaner.

6/10 Buena

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The selection was small and most things were empty and stayed empty. The worker didn’t seem very motivated to fill anything as she was on her phone in the back room. The waffle maker had stuff all over the bottom and the waffle batter itself was quite dry. I don’t usually expect much from a continental breakfast but this was terrible
