We are surprised at how clean and modern and beautifully presented the apartment was. The kitchen was huge and to be honest we would have happily lived here! Best location also. Excellent value for money.

A very nice place. Parking is expensive and not connected to the property. The unit was large and in an excellent location. A bit of confusion at the check in but they figured it out.

Nice room in a good location. Room was noisy in the mornings with street sweepers. Can imagine it would be loud on a weekend with the pub below. Also a terrible sewage smell in the entrance to the buildings. Parking off site is very expensive!

Be careful when booking these apartments, it’s part of a hotel that has loud music til 3am, literally metres from the apartments. . I’ve never left a negative review in 25 years of travelling, but if you want a good nights sleep, this isn’t the place.

This apartment was so lovely, clean and comfortable. Top floor and above the corso with a small, pleasant view of the ocean and the ability to watch the sunrise. Only a little bit of street noise at night, but nothing that would deter me from staying again. In fact it would be the first place I'd look to if I was visiting Manly again. There were three flights of stairs to the apartment with no lift option, which was not a problem for us, but could be for others. I would highly recommend this stay.

The stay was amazing and our apartment had everything we needed. I was disappointed the Ivanhoe did not reach out about parking and that it wasn’t explained when I booked that parking is 55 dollars a day if you don’t move your car. If you move your car you also have in and out fees. So did this reason the total of accommodation was more than I expected.

Loved the apartment- excellent in terms of location- as NB locals we didn’t have issues with parking as we had the sticker but something to consider if coming by car. We love the property. Would absolutely stay there again. Would be great if host would reach out to us to talk about check in process as I didn’t realize it would be through their hotel and no number was listed on google either. But otherwise will recommend to family and friends. Clean, allowed us to sue the kitchen and do our washing. First class experience

Stayed 3 nights, booked one bedroom suite. The location is great but on Friday & Saturday it was noisy until 2am! We came back Friday night to the music vibrating into the kitchen. The sound travelled up from the open roof club bar next door. I do not recommend unless you want to be partying in the kitchen to 90’s hip hop. The only reason we booked this aparthotel was for the laundry machine. Since I couldn’t sleep, I did laundry until 2am.

The signage directing people to the bar to get the keys is easy to miss on the street and would be worthwhile making a statement to that effect on the booking information re key pick up.
