Stayed overnight for a concert following instructions on how to get there with the construction going on was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful the room was clean and beds very comfortable would definitely stay here again

Should not be sold as a hotel. The photos when booking did not match the room we got. Entrance from central station not clearly marked and Entrance from union street was awful. There wasn't a kettle or aircon even premier provide these things! Would never ever recommend staying here

So, this department is very newly created, and you'll notice. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock, there are some paint stains here and there, the elevator is really shabby. The breakfast area is not done, hence you need to walk for 5 minutes (outside) to get to the other "the address" venue to get it. Also getting there was surprisingly difficult, at no fault of their own, because of huge construction works in the area blocking off the easiest street entrance. No tea or coffee offered in the room. Also only a ranshower showerhead with no concentrated spray, so it was hard to rinse out shampoo (if you have long hair). No conditioner offered. Otherwise the staff were amazing and the cleanliness was a really good standard. Looking away from the construction outside the window. Had Chromecast and good wifi. I'm overall happy with it as a place to rest ones head.

The room is nice and staff were friendly. Access to the hotel is a bit awkward. The shower didn’t work properly, it was near boiling temperature and couldn’t be adjusted to lower temperature so didn’t use it. We were woken at 7:30 am with the noise of construction / demolition works.

This place is new it still has things in need of doing here and there. Slightly unfinished. The staff we met were fantastic. Maybe it’s opened a little too early. There is a lots of work being done around the area so it’s difficult to find the entrance. Not the hotels fault. It’s a good modern basic hotel. Don’t expect too much. The breakfast at the sister hotel was good and given to us as no continental breakfast is yet available at the hotel. Rooms are small and no kettle or fridge in the rooms. But it’s central and clean and reasonably priced.

Lovely brand new hotel. Good central location and very handy being at Central Train Station for getting the train to the Scottish Exhibition Centre. Good value with breakfast included. Currently have to walk to sister hotel up the road for breakfast. We didn't mind this as nice enough walk and not too far away. Very comfortable bed. Our only negative was not having tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. It wouldn't put us off staying here again.

Impressed with this hotel although the hotel has only just opened and the external signage and entry systems will no doubt be completed soon. There are two entrances, one within Central Station and one on Union Street. The Central Station one is not clearly identified as such yet and you need to call staff at the entry panel to come and let you in. There's a numerical key pad on Union Street as well as a sign (which doesn't extend from the wall) and an entry panel. We called to be let in before check in and were given a code to use thereafter. The hotel is on the 6th floor. The building's lifts are a little tatty and slow. The breakfast is currently provided in their sister hotel Address Glasgow a few minutes walk away. Perhaps this will change. It's currently a bit harder to walk around the area because of a recent fire in the adjoining building on Union Street so you can't walk any further up Union Street from the hotel, but you can exit via the station and it isn't a huge inconvenience once you get your bearings. The room itself was lovely. There was complimentary water (no kettle), really nice toiletries and very comfortable beds and towels. Sockets by the bed for charging. It was a little warm and there appeared to be no air con but the window could be opened. The decor is really nice. The shower is lovely. The bathroom could have done with some hooks on the door but that's a minor niggle. Very comfortable overall and we would stay again.

Trying to find the hotel is very difficult, no signage sticking out only flat on the wall. I was sent an email with directions, however, I didn’t see it as went to junk (not the hotels fault). Other guests I spoke to had the same issue. It might be worth adding directions on to the advert just incase people don’t see the email. On night 1 after dinner, suddenly all the lights went out and we had to move rooms, Staff took quick action and moved us to another room within 10 mins. The room was clean, although the door was dusty where they replaced the handle/key card swipe. The bottom of the toilet pan had sand/grit/stone in it. There are also no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. The rooms are not like the pictures which is misleading. On day 2, we returned to the hotel in the afternoon and our key weren’t working. We went down to reception and quickly re validated the key cards so we could access the room. On day 3, we came back to our room in the afternoon to but our feet up. There was constant banging on the walls, so hard it was shaking the walls from work being done. The rooms are very warm, the first one we stayed in had one window and you could open it by about 4 inches. The room we were moved too had 2 windows and both could be opened all the way. I do hope this was all just teething problems for the hotel, as its a handy location and the staff were friendly and helpful at what was clearly a stressful time.

The hotel was not ready for visitors, it wasn’t finished. Upon arrival there were boxes and workmen still outside our door with our room used to plug in a vacuum for cleaning of other areas. There was no tv remote in the room, when we managed to get one it wasn’t possible to program the TV or access WiFi services. The room only had a small bathroom bin with no where else to put rubbish. It said daily cleaning but no one cleaned our room, the room hadn’t been deep cleaned before our arrival, there was dust everywhere, markers on the floors and showers including plaster and paint. The room was extremely hot, it was no possible to borrow or rent a fan. Entrance to the hotel was extremely hard to find, in order to get in you needed a code or to call reception but they didn’t tell you this until you’d checked in, we were lucky to find the hotel after turning up at the sister property originally, unless staff from the train station had assisted us I don’t believe we would have found the entrance. One positive was the polite woman on reception when we eventually checked in.

The staff were lovely and the room was great. With union street being blocked off at the moment we found it hard to find, in the dark lighting outside could be a little brighter to highlight the signs at night but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately our stay here wasn't the best. Firstly the roads round it are all closed off so finding the place was extremely difficult. It seems that I was sent an email to advise us that we would be offered a room in a sister hotel. I never recieved it so we turned up expecting to stay here. It took for ever to get there then the signs for the place are awful. In fairness to them it appears they have only just opened but this wasn't mentioned when I booked. Anyway instead of sending us to the sister hotel we were found a room which was clean and lovely bed but no coffee or tea facilities and no facilities such as food or bar in the place. The staff were all very nice did book as a cab for our theatre trip but as you cant get to the hotel we had to walk back down the road which as my partner finds walking difficult was becoming a problem. Our Ubur driver then dropped us off back at the shut bit so we had to do the whole walk again at 11pm at night. This is in no way the hotels fault but all very inconvenient. We did have a great night's sleep as bed is great. No breakfast so again had to go and find somewhere in the morning. Hopefully if we come again it will all be a bit smoother. We paid the advertised price which was probably a bit steep considering the circumstances.
