Staff (both at the front desk and the cleaning staff) were courteous and helpful, except for one whom, on the last day 04/10/24 afternoon shift , we requested her to call a cap for us to get to the airport express station. She was busy looking at her screen and looked very stonic. She told us the station was too close to the hotel and so no driver picked up our order though she had tried to call twice. We appreciated her help, but perhaps it's her way to communicate the situation and told us just walk out the hotel with a heavy luggage to try to catch a cap on our own. As foreigners, we felt lost in such a busy area. She definitely should put on more smile and enthusiasm in the business of customer service.
