Todo estupendo, perfecto. El personal del hotel te ayuda en todo momento. Nos facilitó entrada antes de la hora y taxi por un precio estupendo al aeropuerto. Muy simpáticos, agradables. Repetiré sin dudarlo.

The staff was fantastic - from check in to check out, we were treated amazingly. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is great and clean. The breakfast is good, and the pool/sauna/steam room were enjoyable, despite being quite busy. There's not a lot of seating around the indoor pool so it was a bit awkward. There was a tiny bit of mildew in the shower, but otherwise it was quite clean overall. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is lackluster. My phone wouldn't stay connected and there were spots in the hotel where the router wouldn't give me internet access at all. I think they need an overhaul across the property as the router was running 802.11b. Old tech!

The staff at this hotel was the most accommodating,competent and welcoming I have ever encountered. They must receive very good training. Federigo and Nadine we’re especially helpful. Congratulations to the management.

Excellent and quick check in with friendly staff. The hotel's location was a pleasant surprise - located directly in the walls of a historic citadel and in easy walking distance to the charming town centre. The modern breakfast room offers a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was amazing with a generous buffet selection all fresh and high quality options with a warm and welcoming staff. We also ate lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant just outside the hotel within the citadel walls. Food was delicious with impeccable service from the staff. The room was spacious with a very large and comfy bed with high quality linens and plush pillows. The room was quiet and offered a great nights sleep. The bathroom was spacious too but was starting to show some wear and tear. Shower had great water pressure. The spa/pool area was a bit disappointing considering the limited amenities. We were there during low season so there weren't that many guests using the spa but, considering the size of the hotel, I can't imagine the spa area being sufficient for that many guests. Overall, the hotel and its location is the highlight. We would return to enjoy the hotel, its perfect location, delicious food and warm welcome.

After a protracted & silly check in where the hotel was insistent that we needed to show them a voucher we got to our room. It was an unfortunate welcome & not representative of the rest of our stay which was really pleasant. The hotel is interesting & in a lovely quarter. We stay again.
