We stayed 5 nights and they only offered to clean the room one time! I had to bring our dirty towels to front desk to get clean towels. I had to ask for new garbage can liners. The room was fine.

Room was run down floor was dirty Staff charged pet fee for a service dog even with paperwork and said would only offer credit if room was in good condition. I wish room was clean before we got there so my feet werent dirty going to bed Recent name change made for high reviews on google which was why i choose this hotel to begin with It was fine for the $ i spent butnwould have happily paid ab extra $ for a cleaner hotel with breakfast

Every door appears to have been batter in at one time or another. I bought a sub sandwich and placed it on the table near the TV. I walked away for a minute and when I came back to it a roach was feasting on it. Large areas of popcorn ceiling peeled off. There were two chairs that I would not have given to goodwill. There were worn and dirty. The bathroom was so nasty I wouldn’t even take a shower there.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I drove 9 hours with my 2 kids and it was almost 8pm so I saw this hotel and thought we would fine to stay this late in the evening since we were leaving at 10 in the morning. When I went to the office the guy asked how many of us were there I said myself and 2 kids. He asked if I had a dog and I said no. He asked smoking or non smoking and I replied non. He asked me again did I have a dog and again I said nope just myself and 2 kids. It took him a while to find us a room. He then said there's a dollar deposit I asked when will my deposit be released and he says 2 to 3 days after I checked out. The office smelled horrible. The cleaning lady had to show my kids and I where the stairs were. The initial room they sent me to was dirty like people had just left it. So I went back to the office and he gave me a different room. That room was dirty. One of the beds had a stain on it. I slept in a chair while my sons slept in the other bed bc of bugs in the room. I contact expedia about my horrible stay and the hotel says the won't refund my deposit or refund my stay.When I asked why and why are they keeping my deposit the hotel says it's bc I told them 2 there was another adult year with me instead of my kids ---- Now I'm mad. Not only is the hotel dirty but made up false info to keep my deposit. My kids are under 13. They have cameras and saw my kids and even put me in a room with 2 beds. Do not stay here.

I do not recommend staying here. The room was non smoking and still had a horrible smell to it. The floor was so dirty our feet were black after walking around the room for just a few minutes. The bathroom was filthy and the toilet was falling apart. The staff were not pleasant and said that I owed them extra money because they saw a reservation for just one person not three. Even though I did list three people. They kept my deposit of 25.00 for absolutely no reason whatsoever. And during the night someone was standing at my window for about an hour smoking until I got up and turned on a light. The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel really.
