The property is fairly new, therefore clean and well-kept so far. I was supremely disappointed in the lack of amenities and up-charge for EVERYTHING. It’s an extended stay facility, but you are up-charged for any kitchen supplies (pot, pans, dishes, utensils, can opener, even dish soap!) as well as linen changes. They will provide “complimentary” linens and towels every 14 days, which is outrageous. Who uses the same towel or sheets for two weeks?! They only provide 2 towels and 2 washcloths unless you choose to be charged for “additional laundry services”. They even charge to use a blow dryer!
Additionally, we were placed in a room next to one with a dog that barked all night long. This was never mentioned to us when we checked in.
I certainly won’t be returning to this establishment, nor any other Wyndham facility if this is their way of managing hotels.
