Great for families, food and little basic. Updating the rooms but not all were completed. Sunbeds need organising as quite a few where reserved with towels then not used . Mermaid experience was quite expensive. Entertainment was to high standard,

There was an issue on arrival as I initially booked through Expedia and extended the stay direct through the hotel and although it had all been sorted and confirmed via email it wasn't when I arrived and I was then overcharged and told there was nothing they could do about it 😱. Thankfully it was all corrected by the reception manager the next day. A few negatives. When we arrived there was a whole day of Halloween activities shown for 31st Oct and all but two of these were cancelled by the morning so not much going on at all. The shows are great if you book a table which is £30-£40 extra per night. Not much chance of seeing anything if you don't book. Although there were lifeguards at every pool we and many others saw older kids holding younger kids underwater and the lifeguards didn't seem to care at all. Positives. The activities they do put on are really good, as are the shows. It feels very secure. There are cameras overlooking all the communal areas. Always someone on reception. Often staff at the door checking wristbands. Pools are different depths and temperatures so should be something to suit everyone. I'd say it suits children up to age 12. There is really nothing going on for older kids and not much to do locally. If we were to go again I'd have a much better idea what to expect and could plan it better. Based on the info I had before booking it was it was a bit of a disappointment.

The hotel is spotless staff very friendly entertainment is amazing this hotel is a must for families we’ve been twice and would definitely go again our grandkids absolutely love it there if u want perfect family holiday pirates village should be top of the list they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience

We recently stayed at Pirates Village and overall had a good family holiday. The positives were definitely the entertainment, which was excellent, and the staff, who were all very friendly and fantastic with our toddler. The pools were great, especially the splash pool, which our little girl loved. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the location is ideal with everything within easy reach. We also appreciated being allowed to continue using our all-inclusive bands after check-out until we left for the airport. There were a few areas that could be improved. Our room wasn't cleaned during our 3-night stay and we didn't receive fresh towels unless we asked for them. The food was average and the all-inclusive drinks and cocktails were disappointing, with many tasting watered down. It was also frustrating that some drinks required an extra charge despite being on an all-inclusive package. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and created some lovely family memories. Pirates Village is a great choice for families with young children, mainly because of the excellent entertainment, facilities, and welcoming staff.

Best shows ever!

Shows are amazing. Every evening they have entertainment , kids are amazed they want come back again. Buffet is small, not too much choice for an adults but for children is perfect, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We stayed for four nights to celebrate my son’s birthday. The hotel’s pirate theme is fantastic, the pools are enjoyable, and the entertainment team, bar staff and waiters work incredibly hard. Unfortunately, the pools were closed twice during our stay due to contamination incidents. The food was disappointing, with very limited choice and a standard more in line with a 2-star hotel. The biggest issue was the evening entertainment seating. Around 20 tables were reserved for VIP guests, requiring an additional €30–40 to secure a seat. For a hotel charging over £500 per night, this is unacceptable. On my son’s birthday, he wanted to watch the show. He is autistic and requires close supervision, so I quietly placed a single chair at the side after finding no available seating, despite around 18 VIP tables remaining empty. A supervisor named Beverley approached almost immediately. I explained the situation and my concerns, but she was dismissive and offered no reasonable solution. Instead, she suggested I sit on the wet artificial grass or watch from the restaurant, around 50 metres away, where there was no air conditioning despite temperatures of 35°C. When I said I intended to make a complaint, she simply replied that I could “do what I wanted.” I later discovered from reception that Beverley was the supervisor, which made the interaction even more disappointing. Honestly this hotel really isn’t worth the money. Poor food, poor drinks quality, poor management

Having stayed here about 15years prior I can say I still enjoyed my stay as much as the first. My only issue was the age of the kitchenette and it’s equipment. Whilst the room has had a makeover, the fridge, hob and cupboards had all seen better days! If you couldn’t find a subbed in the afternoon, asked a lifeguard and they soon found us a couple. Elvira, one of the reception staff is one of the loveliest ladies and she has a heart of gold. Her and my 4yr old daughter had the great friendship and she made our stay much more pleasant.

Not what it says on the tin

Firstly i had requsted a low down apartment due to my wifes ill health i was given top floor and the last apartment in the building, you have to walk two lenghts of the appartment blocks for nearest lift or continually walk up four flights of stairs the appartment was run down and no doors on the bedroom wardrobes, the cleaners ( if your lucky to see one ) 9 days i was here and saw the cleaner twice and had the towels changed 3 times, the appartment wasnt cleaned the whole time we were there i actually had to borrow next doors brush set to clean the apartment, food i dont know if im just being fussy but i usually eat it hot , unless your there bang on start of meals your food will be cold and not very good choices, breakfast same everyday as is lunch, then you have the staff and entertaintment i found all the staff great to get on with apart from the bar manager he is in the wrong job he is just plain nasty to adults and kids This was the first time me and my wife had gone all inclusive and i was hugely disappointed we had done this to suprise my grandkids as they were there at the same time and it soured our trip, definitely wont return here

Hotel con piscina estupenda para niños, limpio, aunque por 300€ la noche la relacion calidad/precio no corresponde, esta dejado, le falta mantenimiento; hamacas rotas, baños perdiendo agua constantemente,la placa de la cocina sin funcionar, y el hombre mayor de recepcionista borde no,lo siguiente!

Lo mejor el equipo de animación. Alex y Lucas hacen que la estancia sea súper divertida para los niños. La decoración del hotel y las habitaciones es muy bonita. La comida normal para un hotel de 3 estrellas. La ubicación buena, hay una playa grande, una cala pequeña cerca y una zona con tiendas y restaurantes al lado. Lo peor la limpieza de las habitaciones, en cuatro días no limpiaron la habitación, se limitaban a hacer la cama del dormitorio y ya está. Pero en general, la experiencia muy buena, mis hijos se han quedado con ganas de volver

Mi hija no quería salir del hotel y nosotros muy tranquilos y cómodos mientras la niña se lo pasaba en grande! La comida correcta, la bebida del todo incluido pésima. Los monitores geniales y la atención del personal del hotel muy bien.

Es un hotel muy divertido para los pekes, el personal increíble un 10 para ellos. Solo tiene un pero que todo es inglés y eramos solo 5%españoles te sientes extranjero.

¡¡qué pena que sólo lo disfruten los extranjeros!

Tras ver los comentarios de la gente, la mayoría de ellos en inglés, y tras llamar al hotel para informarme de los servicios del hotel, más concretamente de la animación, y comprobar que era todo en inglés, me arriesgué y decidí ir con mi niño de 5 años, mi marido y mis padres. Nos encantó todo, el hotel es precioso, tanto por fuera como por dentro, las fotos no engañan. El personal desde señoras de la limpieza, recepcionistas, porteros, camareros, animadores, jefes de cocina, de barra, socorristas..... todos excepcionales, te hacían sentir como en casa, siempre dispuestos y con una sonrisa en la boca. Las piscinas espectaculares, un miniparque acuático dentro del hotel. Mi hijo no quería bajar a la playa, si por él hubiese sido no nos hubiésemos movido del hotel. Las habitaciones son apartamentos, muy amplias y todas con vistas a las piscinas. La mayor pega fue el idioma, la información por megafonía en inglés, la animación nocturna en inglés...no había traducción... menos mal que los espectáculos eran muy visuales. Reconozco que la gran mayoría era turismo británico pero EL TURISMO ESPAÑOL también existe y hay que mimarlo. Considero que el boca a boca es lo que mejor funciona y podéis atraer a más españoles, que por lo menos somos más respetuosos con todo, sin generalizar.
