We came before and this time just for a night. The staff which was one young lady helped us check in and she was friendly and nice. But now that dog fee went up to 50 a night , we cannot go back. We liked the cleanliness, comfortable bed, better shower pressure than our stay before and the quiet hotel , so we could sleep. Just some tips for hotel 1) have dog bags near the area where it says pet relief area..2) better tasting coffee at breakfast. 3) Some protein like a hard boiled egg and a banana would be nice. Alot of sugared cereals for breakfast . Thanks for two nights this past beach season.

Was a very young lady at the desk. She helped checking us in. That was fast. The room was very nice. They updated the bathroom. Very nice. Could use some new furniture. Everyone we came in contact was very helpful and went out of our way to fix anything we asked. That was the TV. They came right away to help. Very nice ladies that came and straightened it out for us. The room was clean and all was good. The breakfast was ok nothing special. Going there to stay the next time. Tks to all staff.

This is an odd hotel. There is no daily housekeeping (we stayed for 4 nights). I had to request more kcups and TP and they acted like it was an odd request. No toiletries provided in the room. Check-out is at 10am and breakfast is very sad and over at 9:30. The room was clean when we first got there and some of the staff members were very friendly. The pool is beautiful, but no shade in the daytime. We did not get a chance to use it in the evening, but it did look nice when the sun started to go down. However, next time we are in town to visit family, we will choose a chain hotel with more consistent amenities.

I selected "pay at hotel" option when finalizing my reservation and was still charged the full amount of my stay 48 hours prior. Hotels.com advised me to contact the property directly. When I called, conveniently, management was unavailable for the next two days. When I arrived within an hour of check in, I was told I would be charged an additional fee. I asked why I was charged prior to my stay and the manager told me it is protocol from the owners. I simply felt that as part of efficient customer service, it should at least be in the fine print! Room was ok. TV did not work. There was a jetted tub in the room. I was able to clean and enjoy, which saved this stay. Breakfast was basic. Customer service was subpar. A very "oh well " attitude. Spend your money elsewhere!!

The staff at the location were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself had quite a few issues. The room felt quite outdated, with the fridge filled with puddles of water. We addressed this with staff who attempted to fix it but alas, the fridge was unusable. My kids did not want to swim in the pool due to an incredible amount of dead bugs in the water. I was very happy that they allowed pets at this property, but the "pet area" was full of red ant hills and poorly maintained, not ideal to have to keep walking through. Overall, I don't think I would choose to stay at this property again.

The staff was really nice. I read where the hotel was upgraded but it wasn’t for all floors. The third floor I went to three rooms and they all had a musty smell. The staff sprayed disinfectant and so did I then the odor would return. The carpets are soiled they are so filthy which is where the odor came from. The staff was really helpful and nice but I will not return.

Room was clean. Bed was horrible. Towels were like tissue paper. The TV didn’t work and the hotel staff weren’t able to fix it. In the morning the so called “breakfast” was some wrapped muffins and cereal. No coffee was available. Only one coffee pod in the room. Had to go to the cafe next door for breakfast and coffee. For the price, this was unacceptable
