It was a really good experience we stayed for 2 nights and the staff couldn't do too much, we had a problem with our hot water and they sorted it out for us straight away, the place was absolutely beautiful especially the walking grounds, I would definitely stay again.

Clean and tidy hotel quiet on a weekday apart from the gym which was busy. Food was nice if a somewhat limited menu, no bitter however so if you like lager or IPA fine. Quite rural location good for a post work run.

Room was clean and well presented. Bathroom was a bit tired and needed updating but usable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly will use again as travel there for work.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I asked them beforehand if they could do anything special for my children’s birthday and they decorated the room with balloons for them. The pool was lovely, although worth noting that kids can’t be in there after 7pm. The breakfast was ok, nothing wrong with it but not amazing.

We checked in and were allocated the wrong room. We were upgraded to a better room but overall the place needs updating and cleaning in parts. The pool changing rooms smell. Breakfast was ok. Needs alot of TLC to bring it up to spec.

The bathroom in the room I was given had poor drainage. Lady at Reception when I arrived was excellent and greeted me with a smile and had a helpful attitude. Service from oher staff nothing special. Quality of food in retaurant was mediocre.

The room was spacious and clean apart from a few cobwebs these co webs were also noticeable in other places so not dirty just needs cobwebs removing!!the room could do with some hooks dotted about... although still room 4 clothes and wardrobes was nice size but again more coat hangers needed... the bath was deep and relaxing...Staff were very friendly and helpful food and drinks were pricey and although room service was available they didnt do breakfast room service which I would have liked ...the pool was nice but changing rooms were a bit smelly surrounding area was nice and quiet but town was only 10min drive away if needed supplies plenty of parking on site x

A good hotel for one night. The only downside was that the spa wasn’t available during our stay because of its opening hours

Great price, friendly staff, clean room, really nice breakfast, only issue I had was getting there as the Sat Nav brought us to the general area but it took 10 mins to try and work out how to get into the place, overall it was a really nice stay and I would definitely be back if I was visiting the area again.
