For a brand-new hotel, I expected a much better experience. I do want to start by saying the valet staff was absolutely top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and truly stood out during our stay. The rest of the staff was pleasant, but nothing particularly exceptional. The room was surprisingly small. My husband is 6'3", and the bed was too short for him—his legs hung off the end, so he didn't get much sleep.
Unfortunately, the noise was another major issue. We heard police sirens throughout both nights, making it difficult to rest. I'm not sure if it's because of the surrounding area or poor soundproofing, but it was constant.
