We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—always ready to help and support us whenever needed.
There are plenty of food options available below the hotel, with the added convenience of having meals delivered directly to the room. The room itself was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping and towel replenishment were promptly provided upon request.
A couple of things to be aware of: the room can get quite chilly at night during the Indian winter as there is no heating, so I’d recommend bringing warm clothing. The geyser (water tank) was quite small, which meant there wasn’t enough hot water for a proper shower. Additionally, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, and when used in the reception area it was very slow.
Overall, it was still a comfortable and pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff, and I would definitely consider coming back.
