Convenient location to the airport and nearby malls. spacious accommodations, kitchen, refrigerator, stove washer dryer.. Hot water from the shower and faucets easily provided. Property contact person readily available.

The room was nice and comfortable. It's just hard to find place to eat other than Seven Eleven convenient store. I also spoke to the receptionist Gordon Lin before the stay and he was very nice and accommodating. He was helpful and he responded quickly to my questions.

The whole place is very clean and the service is top notch! There was a bit of confusion because of parking space but was easily resolved. The caretaker is very nice and easy to talk to. Will definitely book again on our next vacation!

We had very bad experience my kids got locked in the bathroom the doors wouldn't open so if you close the bathroom door you can't get out the make master bear round sync, Steve, clogged more days than we were even there. We had a tough time getting clean sheets and towers. We slept on the same sheets for 7 days, and we had to beg every day to get a tower.

Nice place, nice view. maybe bathroom door need ro be cleaned for the guest. smell of the bathroom not too good. had to purchased air refreshers to get rid of the smell. maybe need to leave extra trash bags for 2 nights stay. but excellent location. beautiful place.

Its very beautiful place with stunning Seaview and Sunset. Clean and quiet room. Swimming Pools Amd gym is good The highlight point is the location very convenient to Airport. Malls and Casinos.

I book the room good for 12 pax but only 3 and the same individual can use the pool for the whole duratiom which is for me is the downfall. We know that everyone would love to go swimming. We booked for 2 nights. At least allow different individuals to go swimming three at a time or on different days at least.

The room was not what the pictures depicted. Some things in the apartment were broken. Towel rack TV stand. We were not able to use the kitchen as intended. The entire apartment was infested with cockroachs. Hundreds of them. We had to buy Tupperware containers to store everything. Th we y were in the microwave. Refrigerator bathroom bedroom everywhere. The room came with a washer no dryer.

Satisfied, Great Views, very quiet away from traffic and very friendly staff. Everything. Free toiletries, rooms so spacious and actually the whole place itself.. Plus good service by the caretaker. Easy to communicate and the owner is nice

You get what you pay for. Pretty dirty unit, in a dirty building that reeks of cigarettes. We had 6 of us staying here and had to push a dusty mattress with that was against a wall and squeeze and bend it to the floor into the tiny room. No sheets for the mattress either. Worst thing though was the mattresses felt like you were sleeping on a piece of wood. Thank God we only were here overnight.

Property description is totally inaccurate and disgustingly dirty. Nothing luxurious about it....poorly maintenained....don't waste your money. I could have done better with what i paid fir 2 nights.The "fancy" door lock does not work properly either and it was a huge disappointment. We went to the mall and came back with our front door wide open. I would suggests to go somewhere else..If i can only insert photos i took, people would understand. Also,if you do get a hold with the staff, they can be responsive.

Well, that was two days I don’t want to repeat again. First, it took two hours before we where allowed in the room since they needed approval from the owner. Not so nice after been travelling with kids for two days. Secondly, our booking of the 180 sqm penthouse has changed to one ugly 1 bedroom and one 2 bedroom unit. Thirdly, no towels , no tissue paper, both toilet seats broken. Hot water not turned on. No one new anything, nowhere to complain.

The kitchen don’t have much equipment for cooking. The ac is good. The bedding and room need to clean cuz it smells mold and have some bed bugs or Mybe just need to change the bedsheet. The bed is to hard. The place is good if they maintain the cleanliness and smell of the unit.
