Não recomendo, não indico e não volto nunca mais! Tivemos vários problemas! Reservamos dois dias em Curitiba e ficamos só 1! Na primeira noite, mexeram na maçaneta do nosso quarto pra tentar entrar, estrutura do hotel era terrível, tomadas com mal contato, frigobar vazio e vazando água, toalhas manchadas, cobertores fedidos(cheiro de suado), café da manhã muito fraco, chão escorregadio do salão do café, ar condicionado muito barulhento(era de janela), enfim, pior experiência possível, além da localização ser bem no centro e estar completamente lotada de moradores de rua.

Eu reservo o quarto duplo para receber meu namorado. Quando o meu namorado chegou na noite do dia 20 foi abordado grosseiramente por um funcionário masculino que chegou ao cúmulo de perguntar o que ele ia fazer no quarto. Um detalhe importante é que eu já vi avisado mesmo funcionário a hora que ele chegaria e que era para autorizar sua entrada e fazer o check-in.

É simples e tem uma estrutura mais antiga, mas achei bom pelo valor e localização, tem um ponto da linha turismo bem em frente e dá pra ir andando até a rodoferroviária, pra quem vem de ônibus ou vai fazer o passeio do trem. O quarto estava limpo, chuveiro muito bom, ar funcionando bem, minhas únicas reclamações são não ter edredom, apenas lençol e coberta, e as toalhas são pequenas e já bem antigas, não são muito macias, deveriam investir em toalhas novas e maiores

As imagens dos quartos divulgadas aqui no aplicativo do hoteis.com não condizem com a realidade. Eu reservei 2 quartos iguais e no que eu fiquei hospedado, era completamente diferente da foto. Mobilia mal conservada, rodapé parecia que tinha cupim. Pedi para trocar e logo de cara negaram. Depois de muita insistência, consegui trocar no dia seguinte para outro quarto um pouquinho melhor. A equipe mal preparada, muito mal-humorada, sem gerência no final de semana. O café da manhã também não condiz com as fotos, muito aquém do que é divulgado aqui. Nada funcionava direito no quarto, desde a TV até a descarga do banheiro. Parecia um hotel de alta rotatividade. Infelizmente não retornarei a me hospedar.
