One thing they can improve is adding an additional AC unit (external), I woke up few times due to sweat accumulation. The staff is very helpful. They are very friendly and go to the effort to be informative of events and attractions in the area. They were prompt to help send our laundry out for cleaning and set up camel rides, airport shuttle and area tours.
