The check-in process was confusing but after we reached the contact number for the property they were able to help us. The property has no staff on site so you must sign the rental agreement and provide a photo id in order to get your check-in information.
Once inside, our unit was sparce but clean. We could not get the tv remote to work nor get an internet connection. During the night there was a thunderstorm and we noticed a small leak in the skylight over the bed.
Both hotels.com and the property need to improve this listing. After booking I contacted hotels.com who told me not to sign the rental agreement and send an id. This was incorrect. Secondly, we could not contact hotels.com once we were standing outside at night with no way to get in.
The property needs to say that it is in a gated community with only one way in and out. And, as previously mentioned, attend to some repairs.
