Spa offers good massages, hammam and sauna. Indoor pool and quite good gym.
Main impression:
+ good location, beach, tennis, garden and relatively good kitchen.
What we did not like:
Many of the Staff members are lacking proper education, training and language skills. One young man in reception behages in a quite rude manner and not as expected from a professional reception.
- the room had several defects and lack of maintenance (damage main door, balcony door lock, lamp)
Overfall impression.
Good location and several Staff members (especially) with Krigisi og Kurdish original was friendly and professional ambassadors of the hotel.
However, on many points Kaya Belek Hotel delivers weaker result than other 5 star hotels in Turkey. This can be improved!
