Extremely clean, room kept warm even in winter. Good amenities. The only negative part of the hotel is that it's situated at the top of quite a long flight of stairs so if you have a huge luggage, u have to drag it up. But it is cheap and affordable place!

Hotel DALSTAIRS is well located to visit nearby cultural sites on foot, as well as being well connected to public transport with both a nearby metro and bus stops. It always felt safe walking around, even late at night. Despite being close to many facilities, food outlets and theatres the place was very quiet. The bed was really comfortable. We were there in early Spring so the weather was chilly, however the room was a comfortable temperature with underfloor heating in some areas. There are a number of very steep steps to the front door and to the rooms however these wouldn't be a problem as long as you aren't lugging up heavy cases or have mobility issues. The room is quite small but adequate for our needs. We did have to get used to the hand-held shower, which was over the handbasin, but again this wasn't too big an issue. The practicality for us of being so close to public transport and being out of the room for most of the day meant that we really didn't want for anything. When we had questions the staff were contactable through the app and were very responsive. Although we got in very late the automated check in screen was easy to navigate having English and other language options. Check out was also as simple and automated.

서울 도심내 이만한 퀄리티에 가격이라면 우수하지요 버스로 주요도심지 연결되고 혜화역과도 5분? 정도면 갈수있고 근처 상권도 양호해요 화장실이 좁아서 고시원 느낌이 좀 있지만 그럼에도 불구하고 깨끗하고 모텔 느낌 없어서 좋았어요 객실문은 2중 잠금장치를 해놓으면 더 좋을것 같아요 조금 불안해하면서 잤어요
