The hotel is exquisitely designed. The 3 dining options are equally great to dine at for their different purposes. Staff was very helpful and the location CANNOT be beat.

Centrally located. Friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights, checking in on a Sunday. 3rd floor room, very quiet. We went for a slightly larger room. Great shower. We didn't eat there as we had reservations elsewhere, we did have a few drinks and the bar staff were very attentive.

Staff were very helpful. Snug room is … very snug. Despite putting sign on door that I wanted housekeeping, no one came.

Clean, modern hotel with a great overall feel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
However, the smoke alarm went off in the early hours on both nights, and it wasn’t clear whether these were real emergencies or false alarms. Communication from staff during these incidents could have been much better. At checkout, we were told the alarms were linked to nightclub in the same building and had been triggered by someone smoking in the club —apparently it’s something that happens quite often.

Overall, my experience at The Hoxton Dublin was excellent. While the service at breakfast was below the standard I would have expected, this did not detract significantly from an otherwise very positive stay.
The front desk staff were outstanding and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every request we made was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine willingness to help, which made a noticeable difference to our stay.
The hotel’s location is ideal for visiting Dublin, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. I would not hesitate to recommend The Hoxton Dublin and would gladly stay again when visiting the city

Staff were slow at offering help. Rooms were decent, a few stains on the bedding. Hallway was under construction. Staff were not very knowledge about surrounding area.

A new hotel from the Hoxton chain. Superbly located and on the whole comfortable and cosy. But unfortunately the room wasn’t ready for a 4pm check in - a full 2 hours after the hotel policy and when I raised the fact the shower wasn’t draining to the staff it returned later in the evening to see it still wasn’t draining - so I had to shower with water on/off intermittently to prevent flooding the floor. A nice new concept hotel - but clearly has teething problems
