Hello,
Here is my feedback as worldwide 🌐 traveler in 30 years. Overall summary = good with some negative experiences, need improvement🙏
- Book Trippel Suites at Ceylonz Suites, but they give us Double Suites at arrival!? We had to pack up in wrong room. Day after we have to pack again and change our room to Trippel when we claimed. This IS NOT OKAY AT ALL, when booked 2 months before arriving date😐!???
- Second day got the Trippel Suites, but NOT WHAT EXPECTED, MISSING VIEW ON KL TOWER AND TWINSTOWERS!?? NOT BOOKED VIEW TO DIRTY ROOFTOP WITH NOISY VENTILATION!? 😫Asked for Trippel Suites with VIEW according pictures in advertising. Didn't got it😐
- NO SAFETY BOX
- MISSING A LOT FROM WHAT WAS EXPECTED/Informed at HOTELS.COM!!!😐
- The AC was broken, has to repair 😐2 days of my frist days from one month vacation sabotage/damaged 😫Service technician come and go. All of our clothes got dusty.
- Not 🌞 beth at pool area, not allowed to use chairs belong to Resturant 😐😫So we COULDN'T USE SWIMMING POOL 😐😫
- Cleaning rooms,
Initially, they informed us that cleaning would be provided every 4 days. However, after learning that our stay would be for one month, they changed to once every 7 days!!
SUMMARY: GOOD as 2 stars, DO NOT TRUST ABOUT INFORMATION ABOUT ROOMS, VIEW, SERVICE AND SWIMMING POOL USE LESS WITHOUT BE ABLE TO USE IT.
