Staff were a little short, and generally lacked some manners.
Rooms are small, bathroom is even smaller (there’s more space in a phone box!) windows are wafer thin, so any noise outside will be loud and clear inside. A lot of light from the corridors and from outside gets into the room, so it’s not the darkest/quietist room.
Breakfast included is a nice extra. Offers a cooked buffet style breakfast, but options are limited (sausage, bacon, overcooked fried eggs, beans and tomato). Pastry options were singular tiny croissants, and the choice of fruits was just an apple. Website oversells the breakfast offerings.
Fine hotel for single night stays, where all you need is a room. Just make sure you’re comfortable with the person you’re sharing with!
