The digital key was annoying, and digital check in/check out didn't work. The hotel itself was excellent for the price Clean and modern room, good location, very quiet. Room was cramped but this was expected and really all I needed. I even got upgraded; my room had a window when I booked a windowless room.

Spotlessly clean & modern hotel & room. Nice area, just a very short walk from Earl's court tube station & approximately 15 minute walk to the Royal Albert hall. Plenty of shops, restaurants & pubs around. Had a bit of an issue checking in as needed an app which was not compatible with my phone. Receptionist was very helpful & ended up giving us a key card. Room is very compact. Could not walk around the bed as it's a very tight fit. Had to climb on to the bed to reach the left hand side. Nowhere to sit in the room.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again!
