Disappointing stay overall

Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting it down on my last evening. This is a new place and I wish them well but I felt like it was unfinished and overall I was disappointed.

The check-in process at this property is unacceptable, especially for travelers without internet access. The only way to check in is online, and if you are fortunate enough to find the property manager—which Expedia lists as a 4-star establishment—they will tell you there’s nothing they can do unless you complete the check-in yourself online. If you don’t have internet access, that’s simply “your problem.” On Expedia’s website, I paid for an Ocean View Room, which turned out to be false and misleading advertising. No room at this property offers any ocean view whatsoever. I contacted Expedia to report this issue and provided photo evidence proving my claim. In response, Expedia credited only $25 in points to my account and said they would “escalate the case,” which, based on past experience, means I will never receive a proper follow-up. Every time Expedia “escalates” a matter, no one ever responds. Conclusion: The “Ocean View Room” does not exist—it is outright fraud and a total scam. This property is not a 4-star accommodation as advertised on Expedia. It offers no amenities, no reception support, no room phones, and no cleaning service. Guests are essentially left on their own. This experience represents a clear case of false advertising and negligence, and I expect a full investigation and refund.

das online habe erst nach mehreren Anläufen geklappt wir haben diverse Male probiert auf das Ändern von den neuen Code hat nichts geholfen bis dann vor Ort Alicia alles geregelt hat und uns wieder ein neuen Code gegeben hat. Sisäänkirjautuminen ei toimi lainkaan. Piti erikseen pyytää online check-in linkki, jonka täyttäminen oli erittäin työlästä. Onneksi olimme päivällä liikkeellä. Asunnon sijainti erinomainen, keskellä vilkasta kaupunkia. Lyhyt matka rannalle, lyhyt matka satamaan mikä näkyy parvekkeelta. Ruokakaupat ja monen tasoiset ravintolat kävelyetäisyyden päässä. Läheinen 1-tie ja sijainti suurkaupungin keskustassa aiheuttaa luonnollisesti hälyä, mutta mielestämme huoneessa oli loistava äänieristys. Sai hyvin nukuttua. Keittiön varustus erittäin niukka. Suodatinkahvinkeitintä ei ollut eikä keittiöveitsiä ollenkaan. Astioitakin niukasti. Täysikokoinen jääkaappi, induktioliesi, tehokas mikro ja pyykinpesukone olivat kaikki laadukkaita.

Rummet var mycket fint inrett och hotellet hade ett bra läge. Entrén var fräsch och städades dagligen. Det enda negativa var att städning endast skedde var fjärde dag, vilket kändes för sällan – särskilt på sommaren när man lätt drar in sand. En enklare städutrustning på rummet hade varit uppskattad. Trots detta var vistelsen mycket bra. Vaktmästarna, extra trevlig! Som lät oss låna en toa när vi anlände långt innan incheckningen!

Schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht und guter Ausstattung. Alles war vorhanden bis auf einen Wasserkocher. Aber das Wasser für den Tee haben wir uns dann auf dem Herd gekocht. Sauberkeit war auch gut- wir hätten uns jedoch gewünscht, dass man uns informiert wann sauber gemacht wird. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet-die Wandfliesen im Bad sind ein Traum. Tolle Beleuchtung sogar auf dem Balkon. Wir hoffen, dass das Gebäude instand gehalten wird und das die Sauberkeit ebenso anspruchsvoll bleibt wie die Einrichtung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
