What a joke! Expedia "overbooked" us at another unit. So, this cabin was the apparent cabin we were "upgraded" to due to the mix up. Expedia advised me they had spoken to the owners to guarantee the cabin was available. Well, guess what? When we arrived at 4pm with our tired children, melting food and tired feet, there were three men in our reserved cabin. They began to tell us they had this cabin for another night. It was booked!!! Again?? Really Expedia? I believe the owners knew they were double booking their cabin and didn't care what the outcome would be. They got paid twice. Who cares about the people lugging their stuff up a flight of stairs and having to scramble to find yet again, another cabin. It was hot. And we had to leave to find another cabin. I am beyond upset. And i truly believe this cabin double dipped snd knew they were going to get paid twice.
Oh and by the way, there was never, ever a reply from this cabin directly. I messeged them three times and received no reply! No reply for my request for an early checkin and this is because they knew we were not going to ever check in to their cabin. What a sad, greedy, unprofessional business this "hot tub" cabin is running.
Shame on you!!!
