What a great place to stay! Staff made us feel at home and there were even fishing rods that we could use at the pier across the street!

Everything was great. Very clean. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was so helpful especially since we were on the back end of our trip. Very spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful location, right on the water. Staff was very helpful and friendly, always asking if we needed anything. The building is looking a little tired, but the room was warm and cozy with everything you needed. The continental breakfast was delivered to our room every afternoon, very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here. Lots of nice restaurants in Wood Point to enjoy.

I think the price for the suite is a bit much, considering the whole place needs some serious fixer up projects. Our experience was different here of all the places across Newfoundland we stayed. Point#1 Staff ignored communication done thru this app. It wasn’t until I found and sent email directly to owners. We had questions about our continental breakfasts that we never did receive even though the Hotel asked us how many people were staying and how many was needed. This thru off our hiking day by an hour or so because we attempted to reach the owners but to no avail. Disappointed with these owner/operators. The excuse of being out of high season is no excuse. When people book to stay 2 night in early October you expect the same service that folks get in Aug or Sep. Will stay in Rocky Point again soon, but not this location. Owners, spend some time on maintenance and other things like fuel in your bbq,,, I think we ran it dry.

Die Unterkunft ist zwar wunderschön. Aber wir buchten für 4 Personen und Esstisch und Stühle gab es nur für 2. Ums Frühstück mussten wir regelmäßig kämpfen. Man erhält eine Grundausstattung an Marmelade, Kaffee und Tee. Falls man mehr als eine Tasse trinkt, hat man schon ein Problem, auch wenn man mehr als ein Brot oder mehr als 1 Banane pro Person zum Frühstück isst. Mehr bekommt man nicht. Diskussionen sind sinnlos. Käse und Wurst sind überhaupt nicht im Angebot. Für uns heißt das, einmal und nie wieder!
