Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre repas au restaurant de l'hôtel, cuisine pleine de saveurs à base de produits locaux excellents. Bouilloire, sachet de thé et café à disposition. Un seul bémol, nous étions logé dans l'annexe, sans ascenseur.

Nettes Hotel mit ruhiger Lage, sehr gepflegter, funktionierender Einrichtung und einem hübschen Garten mit verschiedenartigsten Sitz-Liegegelegenheiten, um im Halbschatten den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Notre chambre était très jolie et confortable, la salle d'eau très agréable et très bien équipée (ai adoré le détail du miroir grossissant carré sur bras!). The hotel was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. There are not a lot of alternative places to stay in Florac, so I was happy with my choice of Hotel des Gorges du Tarn. The one disappointment was the dinner and breakfast. Both are overpriced. However, not many alternatives and so they have a captive clientele.

Good locatuion for starting the Gorge drive, but the town itself looks old and dirty which was disappointing. many rundown buildings old and disused. Hotel pictures give a slightly false impression of being more in the country when in fact on a main street, but no traffic noise. Staff were great and the rooms clean and comfortable
