I would recommend it 👌 Its a great place to stay. On the main road in the centre of skegness Near by KFC/ McDonald's plenty of places to eat .10 minutes walk from the skegness theatre

Great location in Skegness. Plenty of free parking in surrounding roads when we arrived the key was not in the lockbox however when we called they came round straight away with a key. The room is very basic. Mattress needs replacing springs in your back. The room and bathroom were clean however the crockery was dirty and cutlery had rust. Microwave was very old. Shower head needs replacing. Location was perfect and only £50 a night you get what you pay for. Not sure how it's getting the fabulous rating?

Had a knock on the door and a guy who couldn’t speak English very well was asking for me to fill information I’d already done online again. He wanted to take pictures of my driving. He also asked for my reservation number so I showed him my email, but that wasn’t what he wanted. The bedroom had one heater and was freezing. The internet didn’t work. Not a very good shower would only stay boiling hot.license

xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain.

Will never stay here again. Spent 3 days here and did not have hot water in the bathroom and very little cold water. There was an issue with the water tank that won’t get rectified for a week. To make matters worse; there was no WiFi. We couldn’t find any of the networks that belonged to the property. Kitchen was good and had a microwave and air fryer. The cooker didn’t work.

The property was in good condition The apartment was lovely. It was a ground floor studio room 7 but it didn't match the photos as it was showing room 8 at the front of the building which I think is a one bed apartment. The room was clean and spacious with a seperare kitchen area and bathroom. It had everything you would need just no oven. I didn't need one for a weekend stay but a family staying with children might welcome one. The only complaint was when I opened the cupboard in the kitchen to put my snacks in, the previous guest had left some mouldy breadcakes and various packets of crisps. The cleaner should of checked all cupboards before allowing new guests to check in. This wasnt too much of an issue. Parking is also a problem as there is no parking on site. I parked for 3 hrs outside on double yellows with my disabled badge but then had to move it to somewhere where it could be parked overnight which was very difficult as Skegness is very busy on a weekend. I did find a side street to park on but there was no spacec until early evening.

One night stay, generally clean and tidy, carpet was dirty - feet were grubby after walking on it. Could of stocked up on tea and coffee as only one tea bag Otherwise ok and location great

I returned to the apartment at around 1:00am after a night out. only to find that I could not get into the building due to a fault with the front entrance door. I repeatedly called the emergency number and rang the doorbell, but nobody answered. Not a single response from anyone despite being stranded outside in the middle of the night. As a result, I was forced to sleep in my car until 9:00am. The next morning, I had to travel to the sister hotel to find someone who could help. When they eventually attended the property, it turned out the front door was faulty and had to be forcefully opened because the magnetic locking system had failed. The most concerning part is not just the faulty door, but the complete lack of support. What’s the point of having an emergency contact number if nobody answers it? If there had been a genuine emergency, guests would have been completely on their own. I paid for accommodation that I could not access or use for the entire night because of their technical failure. Being locked out overnight and forced to sleep in a car is not what anyone expects when paying for accommodation. Poor maintenance, non-existent customer service, and a complete disregard for guest welfare. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
