Staff were helpful . Good and spacious rooms. Very poor breakfast and always late- you tell them 8 am( due to tour schedules) but would normally be sent to your rooms around 8:30 am poor quality, you’re better off with a cup of instant noodles.

İstambuldan gelerek 2 gün konaklama için bu oteli şeçtik Kahvaltı ve odaların temizliği gayet iyiydi yanlız otele 2 de giriş yapmamız söylendi ve erken alınmaması için ellerinde geleni yaptılar biraz erken giriş yapabilirmiyiz diye rica ettik özellikle sabah arayıp yazdık (12 de otele vardık ) ona rağmen 2 saat terasta bekledik bir şeye ihtiyacınız varmı ? Çay kahve ikram edelim bile demediler müşteri ilişkileri kısmı çok zayıf ancak profesyonel bir ekip ile çok şık bir butik otele dönüşebilir. Dünyanın birçok yerinde bu tarz oteller inanılmaz profesyonel insanlar çalışıyorlar biraz daha gayret edilerek iyi çalışma sergileyebilirler

Oda temiz değildi. Çarşaflarda saç ve kıllar mevcuttu. Çalışanların çoğu ilgisizdi. Otel olanaklarında açık büfe kahvaltı gözüküyor. Fakat mutfağın tadilatta olduğunu bundan dolayı kahvaltıyı odaya getireceklerini söylediler. İki ay önce de yorumlarda mutfağın tadilatta olduğu belirtilmiş. Özelliklerden açık büfe kahvaltı kaldırılmalı. Odaya gelen kahvaltıda çeyrek simit, çeyrek açma mevcut. 1 bardak çay koymuşlar. Sürekli bir şey istemek gerekiyor. İki aydır tadilat var ise bir termos alıp odalara servis etmek çok zor olmasa gerek. Kesinlikle fiyatını hak etmiyor. Tek iyi yanı odanın sıcak olması ve sıcak su akıyor olması. Hotels.com dan atılan mesajlara zorla cevap veriyorlar. İletişim numaraları kullanım dışı.
